"This is a great company!!!! I have never enjoyed getting construction done on a home we are living in, but these gentleman were the best!!! They were replacing my flat roof, with tear off and with a new product I insisted be used. They jumped right in and learned what was needed and my completed roof looks fantastic!!! I also added a new skylight, solar tube and hood vent to go with the removal and replacement of two other skylights. My husband ask Mr. Randolph about a few other add on and they were able to get everything done in a very timely manner. "Chris was referred to me from a friend who he done work for. We were under tight time frame to get facia repaired from Home inspection to close sale on the house. Chris went to the house sent pictures of work needed to be done and provided a quote that evening that was lower than 2 others. Did the work on Labor day ,9/4/23 in one day and did the job correctly, replacing sheet of plywood and new roofing plus facia, trim and painting. Sent me pictures of final work. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
