I had the exterior of my house painted along with my living room, bedroom, and master bathroom. We even had him stain our fence in the backyard (which we didn't want to do ourselves) and he was so great about adding that service last minute. I didn't even know he was here! The whole time he was very respectful and patient with our needs and changing our minds. I would definitely hire him back for more painting projects!"

Their communication professionalism and flexibility in working with our unusual project stood out to us as a level of dedication to customer service with integrity that is hard to find these days... 1) CS1's owner showed up on site to assure everything was clear and in-line with our intentions, communicating superbly with us at the beginning, middle, and end. 2) CS1 used an online project management system which offers thorough documentation and access. The system is in a class far above most of their competitors. If they continue implementing the systems full capabilities and assuring users understand it, its communication value pushes them towards being genuine super-stars. 3) Our project had unexpected changes and unique twists that they allowed, going above and beyond to flexibly meet our needs as best they could. We were glad to pay additionally for them to add scope of work items, and they were very fair in pricing. No gouging was seen, at all. 4) Quality of work great and never a disappointment.
