This was my first major remodel job as a homeowner and after getting a few bids from others I felt that D did the best to really see how my space could be transformed. When he did the initial bid he was doing it with an apprentice who was polite and it was awesome to see D showing him the little details that he saw needed done. Some of the things were very obvious to him, but I didn't even notice until he pointed them out. I live in a home built in 1900 that has had too many remodels done by shoddy builders. After he took a look at the space he got back to me in about a week with a general estimate that was very fair. He communicated with me that there were a few jobs ahead of mine and that he would be taking some time off that was planned as well. After a couple of weeks I reached out to him and he gave me a good timeline and communicated dates to me well. He was also very accommodating to work around the schedule of my partner who works from home and needed the house to be free of noise. The wall that was removed was structural to the support and he knocked it down with ease, scraped the rest of the living room dry wall, rewired the electric, did the window trim, mudded the ceiling and walls, and applied trim to the new support, all while being very clean and working by himself. It was a 5 day project that went over the weekend. He is seriously a one man army. Most contractors I talked to would have had a handful of guys working this job. D made it a point to communicate with me everything that was going on, which I really appreciated. Overall, D is a big guy with the personality to match. Honest, hardworking, and really really cares about the job that he does. If your house is a multi-million dollar home or a 300k starter house, you will be in good hands. I would absolutely hire D-Zine again if needed

There was some black mold setting in including a couple other suspicion areas. I give Chuy two thumbs up! My mother said he was always in good spirts, communicated well with her, always on time and left the area he was working in cleaner than it was before he started. I have hired about 5 contractors in the past 3 months, and I believe it's when problems arise (and they always will at some point) that you really identify if you're working with an excellent contractor or a typical one. Amadou and Lo's Contracting proved to be excellent. They worked with my very tight time frame. They were professional. They did quality work
- Lo's Contracting, Inc.Ammadou was quick to call me back after my request for a quote. He came out to our house within days and gave us a quote the next day. Ammadou was very nice and knowledgable. He had great suggestions for saving ourselves money by doing some of hte smaller things ourselves. After we received the very reasonable quote I scheduled for Ammadou's crew to come out. They were supposed to come 9/2 between 8am-9am. By about 10am no one had showed so I called Lo's, they were very apologetic and let me know they had a scheduling snafu. They had someone out to my house by 11 and still committed to having the job done in 1 day. Ammadou's crew, Octavio and one other man, were great. They thouroughly covered their work area and were very respectful and clean. Ammadou came by in the afternoon to check on the status of the job and to personally apologize for the crew being late. When they finished my husband and I were very pleased. The crew did a better job than expected and now there's no indication that we ever had water damage and our stairs look like they were professionally installed. Octavio and the other guy (sorry I can't remember his name) did a fantastic job of matching our 3 different textures. I would defnitely recommend Lo's and will be using them in the future
