During the initial service we had mentioned we were going to have some chimney work done.What was so surprising is they came back a couple of weeks later to reinspect and to make sure we were happy with the service. "Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"
