Instead, I was told that I was being too cautious and overacting when really it is my right to get that paperwork. They told me the supplier does not do that but when I call the suppliers, they told me that they do supply liens when requested or and also that would be Lien releases. I ended up just paying them instead of continually fighting with them and hoping that nothing ever happens as far as any vendors or labor or being paid in having a right to lien my property"

David coordinated work with Summit Pest company regarding the removal of the rodents and even spoke with the HVAC company when we discovered water in one of the ducts. (Which has now been addressed by the HVAC company that installed the A/C). David and his crew went to work right away removing old contaminated insulation and then sprayed the crawlspace with an antimicrobial solution before installing the new vapor barrier and insulation. David always kept me informed as the work progressed. I was happy to see they were using respirators, specialized suits and other safety equipment during the process. The crew worked diligently, had a great sense of humor, they were respectful and kept a positive attitude the whole time.
