"Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. "Most Wanted Painters did a great job painting our house! We are amazed at how fast they got it done. More importantly, it looks really really good! Our home is on a bank right above the beach, so it's an extremely challenging environment. They recommended that the unfinished pressure-treated posts and beams above the deck be painted, and they look great and will last longer as a result. The garage door was showing a lot of rust and they treated it then put three coats of paint on it, and recommended that it match the color of the siding, which looks much better (it was white). I was also pleasantly surprised at the amount of prep they did, power washing plus a LOT of caulking."

They told me the supplier does not do that but when I call the suppliers, they told me that they do supply liens when requested or and also that would be Lien releases. I ended up just paying them instead of continually fighting with them and hoping that nothing ever happens as far as any vendors or labor or being paid in having a right to lien my property"

Having someone who was strong, capable, and eager for work excited me. Some contractors are a month or two out. With my neighbor, they ended up bringing their trailer and hauling a bunch of stuff for us. They work fast and they can carry more than your average human. They are very strong. Then they worked for another neighbor, who raved about their help. He just asked for their number as he is calling them again. I recently moved to Mount Shasta, and I had a lot of work that needed to be done. I also bought a hot tub in Newport that needed to be delivered. It timed out perfectly that Christian and Molly could come to Mount Shasta, bring my hot tub, and get some things done for me that needed to be done. I was also excited about the fact that I have a big fenced in yard, and they could bring their dogs. I got to babysit a few times and I loved every minute of it. I missed dog energy. We had to play it by ear based on fire insurance needs and priority shifting, but they came and they worked their tails off for me. I am not afraid of hard work. I just pick my battles. If I donÃ¢Â Â t have to lift something, I wonÃ¢Â Â t. It was nice having a very strong man to be a workhorse in my yard for a few days. Between Christian and Molly, they helped immensely. If you have something that needs to be done, call Christian. Give him an idea of what youÃ¢Â Â re looking at, and let him help you figure out what you need.
