Tim Bashaw learned the proper techniques of piano and organ moving at a young age working for Music City Pianos back in 1982, when their store was in Clarkston, Wa. after, he worked for two piano stores in Anchorage, Alaska. He returned to the area, then contracted his services around the Lewis/Clark Valley and all over the state of Idaho. We are a family run company,& we do offer senior discounts, and also discounts to church orgs. We have the lowest rates because we do not charge by the hour. "I must be careful as not to be sued! Apparently, per Pac West, you cannot post your experience without "hurting their business". I have moved a lot in ten years and always sued uhaul.com. They always were reasonably priced and did a great job. For some reason, I decided to use Angi and Thumbtack to look for a mover. I chose Pac West. They spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone to provide (what I thought was) an appropriate quote. Bottom line, we, ourselves, spent 4 days moving 1/3 of everything that was on the quote and still paid the same as was quoted. They claim years of experience but don't even have their own trucks. I could've gone and rented my own Uhaul and just paid laborers. OR done what I've always done and used uhaul.com. MY PERSONAL experience was terrible. Just be careful."

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

He will lie skeeze and trick his way into thinking he gave you a 5 star service only to over work his workers and underpay them Grossly after admitting a raise for my hard work. Worked with a “crewleader” that they breathalyzed to see if he was drinking. Or not . No employee handbooks. No professionalism at all but claim to be a huge franchise. He’s a joke and id never expect them to have an actual buisness. Picture attatched was a room before we moved Everything into the corner of another room in an oldfolks hone and asked for it to post as a “full move in” picture to say we set the room up."
