He asked me for a check of 350. before he did the work, I thought this odd, he said he would get parts and go the next day, which was Christmas, I told him I needed this done quickly, because the home is a rental, and a refrigerator is necessary. He tried to make an appointment to do the work on Christmas, my tenants had someone visiting, they wanted to be extra careful during covid. so they did not want a repairman in the house on Christmas. For some reason Dylan did not try to do the repair on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we were expecting him all day, then he told us he got in a car accident. I waited all day on Tuesday not hearing from Dylan, no phone calls. By Wednesday my tenants were very upset, no refrigerator for a week. i have asked Dylan for a refund, he said i should be getting one, but i have not received my refund. I did not receive the services, and i need a refund. I am very unhappy with the company for no service and no refund. It was an extremly stressful time, waiting for him to call and do the work for many days, and getting no phone calls."
