They were able to do the repair quickly. We had an unusual thing which caused the damage. They did a good job.
The repair person was late picking it up and I had to call to get an update on the status of my appliance. When I did pick it up the door was dented (stainless finish). The microwave stopped working again a month later.

For some reason Dylan did not try to do the repair on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we were expecting him all day, then he told us he got in a car accident. I waited all day on Tuesday not hearing from Dylan, no phone calls. By Wednesday my tenants were very upset, no refrigerator for a week. i have asked Dylan for a refund, he said i should be getting one, but i have not received my refund. I did not receive the services, and i need a refund. I am very unhappy with the company for no service and no refund. It was an extremly stressful time, waiting for him to call and do the work for many days, and getting no phone calls."
