  We hired SFW to repair our new home that had undisclosed water damage at the time of purchase. TJ was the supervisor assigned to our project and his work was exceptional. TJ is professional, knowledgeable, considerate, kind, thoughtful, courteous, detail oriented, punctual, and always adheres to safety standards. His interpersonal skills are excellent as well. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed and was transparent about everything related our home restoration. Furthermore, he went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help my family navigate a water damage and new home experience. When we needed documentation of the damage, he helped us by taking 100s of photos. When other new home related projects popped up, TJ was gracious about facilitating the additional projects for us through SFW. We had a gate installed, new hardware installed throughout the house, our cement deck replaced with Timber Tech, and several other small projects that we kept adding to the list! We are extremely grateful to everyone at SFW who worked with us during this 8-month (unexpected) project. Shout out to Jerry, Jay, Jordan, Dominic, Richard, and Jonas! They were also incredibly professional, caring, and helpful during this journey. Jordan was transparent and patient with all things related to billing, Jerry was excellent at managing subcontractors and responsive to our needs as a family. Jerry also provided us a detailed report of SFW findings for our records. Dominic was respectful, professional, kind, detail oriented, and always went above and beyond. TJ and Dominic and other crew members were also incredibly kind to our two dogs and respectful of our privacy in the house. If you are going to have a crew in and around your home, it's sure nice to know they are genuinely professional and considerate human beings. Thank you, TJ, and everyone at SFW!   I was in a rush to have this done before the rains came. it was a small project for most companies and of the three I contacted Muir was the oly one willing to have one of his top painters do the job as a side contract. Matt was great at cleaning the stair case and smoothing out the chunks of rust on the railing it looks like new. He was also able to get plants tied away so no stems had to be cut. Also, I was concerned about how in the past the steps became slick when wet so he used a paint with sand mixed in to give it traction. It was all done quickly/effiently. Payment was do at end of job so I had a chance to look at the result before paying what seemed to be a reasonable amountshow more

  We requested quotes from five different contractors to completely re-do our 650 sq. ft. deck. Country Carpenter came in with an estimate that was right in the middle, and we hired Ronnie due to his outstanding references, his professionalism, and his design acumen. (Also, he has a very cute, well-behaved dog that comes with him on visits.) Ronnie’s crew consistently showed up on time, followed safety protocols, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were polite, answered millions of questions, and they demonstrated meticulous carpentry skills. The deck and the work exceeded our expectations. Ronnie is an all-around good guy, honest workman, and obviously takes good care of his crew. (He also helped us make some material and design decisions that enhanced the look and feel of the deck.) The entire project was completed in the scheduled time frame. The crew returned upon completion to make a few more adjustments and ensure their materials had been cleaned up, and then Ronnie came by for a final inspection. It was a smooth, easy, stress-free project that is going to give us joy for 20+ years to come thanks to the good work and good materials of this team. Highly, highly recommendshow more

  We worked with Yee's Construction for a Front Porch re-model. We had originally reached out to Benjamine to bid on a potential cement floor in our basement. He was honest and thorough in his analysis of what would be the best fit and most cost effective basement option. Benjamine ended up instead re-doing our Front Porch into a beautiful concrete deck that seamlessly coincides with our recently poured (2 years ago) driveway. Benjamine and his team asked questions, ensured we were involved in and happy with all design decisions, and kept us informed along the way of weather, project timing, etc. The team was friendly, professional, and provided a beautiful result.   This review is long overdue and I have to say both of my experiences with Cascade Fence and Deck have been incredible. This summer I needed to close a gap in my deck railing after removing an exterior fireplace. I called around to a few places and the estimates were significantly more than I wanted to pay. When I contacted Cascade, I spoke with Carrie who was so friendly, understanding, and said thought she could help with my budget. She put me in touch with Sven who sold me all of the parts and walked me through doing it myself. I couldn’t believe the excellent customer service. When it was time to have a hand rail installed on an exterior staircase, I knew I was going to call Cascade first. The whole team who worked on our project was great. Trevor did the estimate and was friendly, prompt, and easy to communicate with. The same goes for Jason, our Project Manager. He was easy to contact and always picked up the phone when I called. The team asked if I was open to a sub-contractor doing the job to get it done as soon as possible. They said many of the sub-contractors were prior employees of Cascade Fence and Deck. I agreed and Ilia and Paul were great! They showed up on time and finished by the early afternoon and cleaned up after themselves. I would have never known they were subcontractors. Our next project will likely be a fence and gate and I will definitely be calling Cascade firstshow more

  Cascade Fence & Deck removed our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful new deck. The whole process was super smooth from the design to construction, and the deck amazing. We went back and forth during the design process, as we changed our minds, and landed on a Deckorators deck with cable railing, cocktail rail, and posts to hang string lights. When it came time for construction, the whole team did an amazing job. Dwayne and Elon had the old deck demoed in about a day. Ian and Lukas kept building even when the weather got cold and rainy. AJ made sure the site stayed clean- I saw him a couple times walking the yard with a magnet on a string picking up stray screws. And Kyle made sure we knew everything that was happening every step of the way, and the why behind the processes. I am looking forward to spending time on the deck for years to comeshow more

  I had a new Trex Deck installed by Mike and his crew. Our old deck needed a complete re build. Mike came out and discussed different options with us and different things we could do to accommodate our space that we had. After talking about some ideas I chose one I really liked. Mike put us on his calendar and started the project when he said he would. Once the new deck was installed we couldn’t be happier. Mike and his crew have amazing attention to detail and kept the job site clean every day. They always did a good cleaning up. They started the project when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Mike and his crew were very professional, and are highly skilled at what they do. We will definitely use them in the future for anything else that we needshow more
