We were so impressed with this family owned company from our first meeting to completion! There was a miscommunication with the number of posts we wanted during installation, which was partly my fault for not checking the quote. I stopped the installers, when I saw they were putting up a 3-post beam, rather than a 2-post beam. The installers were so gracious and said they would get this taken care of, and Kristen called from the office with her apologies. It was switched out immediately. The team did a beautiful job, and cleaned the area thoroughly. We now have a gorgeous patio cover, so don't go anywhere else!! Thank you, Premier Patio & Awning, Inc!

It went great love our new deck cover. Had to wait longer for our metal but that was really no big deal. The price was very fair a lot more expensive else were.

They were helpful in choosing material & design, and completely flexible in working out dimensions that would make best use of the existing substructure, fit our needs, and not entail exorbitant wastage of materials.   Crew was prompt and astonishingly efficient in completing the installation, and left the work area cleaner than it's ever been since.
It was a lot more expensive than  we had expected when we started shopping, but Premier was highly competitive, and was the only company we talked to that didn't try to talk us out of using the existing framework in favor of an all-new metal one--which would have added even more to the cost.

From the estimate to the completed job everything went smoothly.

The crew showed up on time and started the job of removing the old patio cover.

They were courteous, organized and respectful of the property.

Since this was a 34' cover it took two days and they did a beautiful job.

We had initially committed to a different Alumawood product, but when I visited their office for a follow up, I got to see what the roof top would look like, and it was not compatible with my application because of numerous fir and cedar trees, which would fill the deep channels in the roof with cones, needles, branches, etc. The staff worked with the vendor to change me out to a different product that was flat on top and that you could walk on. They also included a gutter cover to keep the massive amounts of tree debris out. They did this while honoring the original price and it only delayed the project a few days.















Three workers arrived at 8 AM and I observed them taking care not to step on landscaping plants, etc. They had the whole structure completed by dark and cleaned up pretty well. They missed some minor things like screws, but that's just because it had gotten dark out.















I am very pleased with the overall experience. The cover looks awesome, the price was significantly lower than other bids, and to have it all over and done with in a single day was really cool. I plan to use these guys again soon to build a custom fire table.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. The team of 3 showed up on time and worked hard. This type of construct is a design as you go since we had so many angles. The constructino took 2 - 10 hour days. The work site was neat and they cleaned up before they left. The final pergola looks really nice and we could not be more pleased.

They were good from the very start. From the time we sat down with them until completion they did exactly what they said they would do. They followed their schedule very well. They told us when they could start on the project and that is when it happened. It was a pretty efficient process.

Premier showed up on time. They installed the awning in just a few hours. The employees were friendly. They cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would definetly use them again.

I called for an estimate, and the owner arrived promptly as stated. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Premier Patio is a family owned company. A date was set to install the new patio roof. One week prior to that date the owner called to inform me the materials had not come in as they were scheduled to, and we scheduled a new date. I would like to state that I did not mind this as I was informed in a timely fashion, and could reschedule at no inconvenience. The date of the work, the crew arrived 10 minutes early (what a nice surprise as so often workers arrive late I find). Jeff who was in charge of the work (and the son in this family business) and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. The work area was kept clear of old rubbish throughout the project. As soon as the old roof was brought down, it was carted away by a worker whose job was just that, to keep the area clear. All the packaging was taken out to the truck as soon as panels were unwrapped. At the end of the work, they helped me to put the patio back in order. Their attention to detail, their knowledge of their jobs and materials, and their friendly manner was a joy to see and be around. I would highly recommend this company and encourage you to see what good service is all about.

They were excellent and I would give them A's all the way down the line. I don't remember what we paid but we were happy with that. We thought the price was good; we didn't really have anything to compare it to. I have no complaints about them at all.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR AWNING THIS WAS A LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO GO AS OPPOSED TO GETTING A FULL ENCLOSURE OVER THE PATIO. COMPANY WAS GREAT.
