Install seemed fine but there is a problem with door. Would not recommend if you need service. The sales person stressed the warranties to us and there ad talks about service. We had problem with door, notified them the day after installation and again four days later. Haven't heard back from them after 10 days.

At the Portland Home and Garden show this last fall, we talked to Miller Home Renovations (Bath Planet) and a few others. We decided to have Millers come out and give us a quote because of the displays had what we wanted and also they could do a remodel. The others could not. John came out and gave us a quote for one bathroom. Compared to cost of my Mom's remodel of JUST a Jaczzi walk in shower, we had two bathrooms remodeled for the same price. Our remodel consisted of 1st bathroom a new walkin shower, toilet, vanity top and faucet, floor and replace vent. The 2nd was a new walkin shower, toilet, floor and replace vent. The first of the year they came our to do our install. Larenzo came in and tore out the tub and lined the and prepped the wall and base of the two bathrooms. Allen, Bob and Shane followed him and started the rest of the tear down. They worked in the main bathroom first. leaving the second bathroom intact without the bathtub so that we still had a bathroom to use. We were only with out a shower for two days but still could use the bathrooms. Two and one half days later we had our bathrooms done. The crew was very informative of what was happening as they went along. Cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed with every aspect of the install and sales. We really love our bathrooms now! Wish we had done this years ago. THANKS

Extremely well. The crew arrived exactly on time, made the installation with the exception of placement of a new ceiling light fixture and fan. This required a second trip the following week by their electrician. All work was done professionally and is a great addition to our home.

Miller Exteriors & More (now known as Miller Home Renovations) installed Gutter Glove Pro on our metal-roofed home in June 2013.  I spoke with Ken Miller following installation about a problem in one particular area, which Mr. Miller’s crew did address within a couple of weeks.
These gutter guards have now been in place for almost three years.  I hate them.  They are NOT maintenance free; a “high tech” scrub brush attached to an extension pole is provided – to be used “when cleaning is needed.”
A few weeks later, there was a heavy downpour, and water cascaded down the roof valleys, overshooting the gutters.  I discussed the problem with Mr. Miller, and he did have one of his workers attempt to mitigate the problem – which was unsuccessful.
The following year, we found the the mesh of the Gutter Glove clogged with dirt washing off the roof and also particles from trees and other sources.
I wanted to discuss this with Mr. Miller, who did not return my call.  I finally spoke with the National Sales Manager for Gutter Glove located in Rocklin, California.  He emailed me a copy of their maintenance recommendations, and said he would give Mr. Miller a call to “make sure he contacts you as well,” Again, I never heard from Mr. Miller.
This negative review is about Mr. Miller’s (non) responsiveness; I understand my unhappiness with Gutter Glove is a separate issue.

Miller Home Renovations advertised at a county fair and I gave them my information because I had recently bought a home and wanted to replace the 35 year old aluminum windows.  A representative came to my home, measured all the windows that were to be replaced and gave me a price $15,000 which was discounted due to the coupon I had received at the fair.  He said normally the price would have been around $22,000.  The owner of the company also came to the house and measured to insure precision.  Since the windows all were custom it took several weeks before they were ready.  The installers were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner.  They removed the old windows and cleaned all construction materials.  After the installation, I tried opening a bay window and found that it couldn't fully open because it couldn't clear the soffit.  The situation was amended by trimming some of the rafters and then new flashing was installed to conceal the cuts on the rafters at no extra charge.  The reason I would not use the company again is because the windows were expensive, but don't have the quality I was expecting. Cold air can be felt coming in through the joints of the windows.  I anticipated that the windows would be airtight.  I wish I had at least gotten other bids and talked to other homeowners who had replaced their windows before I made a decision on which company to choose.

Gutter Dome installed on house on Jan. 28 and on garage on Jan. 30.  Came out too late in the day to do the entire job in one day.  Crew had been misinformed on what all needed to be done.  I was not home for most of the installation on the 28th but let them know that the garage was indeed included in the work order.  Installation seemed to go well.  Crew was professional, although a little too much was cut off the west end rafter tail on the back of the condo.  Also left me with a specialized extendable broom to sweep off any limbs that may land on the gutter.  I have a request for a service trip in since the back of the condo, where the deck is, seems to drip excessively when it rains with the heaviest dripping associated with the seams on the Gutter Dome.  To the best  of my knowledge, they have not made the service trip as yet.

and Frustrating to pay to have the amazing non clog gutters installed only to have them clog. Ken has to send out a guy to come out and do the high ladder work to get it resolved every year.

It went very well.  Ken always kept me informed about material delays (which are always inevitable) and construction progress in general.  I think he was very honest and often gave me options.  I feel like he gave me good information and advice about the best way to improve the home overall.  I have also had no issues with his work since completion.

Crew of two installed Gutter Glove Pro on our one-story house.  We had an area that was problematic for the standard Gutter Glove installation.  It took some back-and-forth communication with Ken at Miller Exteriors, but he was responsive and had his head installer back for a special trip to our Salem, Oregon location to be sure our concerns were addressed.  As to the effectiveness of the Gutter Glove Pro product... we'll have to let Mother Nature answer.

They were a little slow getting back to us but once they contacted us, everything went smoothly.  While working on our gutters, they ran out of the size we wanted. They used the higher quality gutters after that which worked out perfect.  We were still only charged the same amount for the lower gutters.

Ken Miller stands behind his work.  when I called him with a question about 2 areas where the gutter guards were causing me some concern, he promptly addressed the inquiry and resolved the issue.  He sent out a worker the very next day.  The work was done well, as tested by the recent heavy rains. Ken stands behind his work and provides excellent service.

They were excellent. They did everything they promised, and they had good financing available. They did the job in a timely fashion, and they have a good crew. The subcontractor was also great. They have a great product and it works as advertised.
Response from Miller Home Renovations
"Thank you Member we are always happy to hear from our customers. Good to hear every thing working with the Gutterglove gutter guards and you no longer have to climb the ladder to clean them out."

The two young men who did the work were very skilled, very respectful and easy to work with; they answered any and all questions we asked and they kept us informed about the progress being made; their work was very high quality and it was indeed a pleasure to have them on this project.  The finished results exceeded our expectations.
The only glitch in the project involved scheduling -- on the morning this two-day project was supposed to begin, we got a call from their office saying that they weren't coming; apparently one of the workers was not back from vacation and one of them had his child care fall through for that day.  Although we were subsequently able to work around this, it did cause us to have to reschedule other aspects of our bathroom remodel being done by other individuals apart from Miller Exteriors.
Response from Miller Home Renovations
"We regret the scheduling change at the last minute and appreciate the home owners understaning and patience. Sometimes things happen that are out of your control. We are pleased that our crew and the overall project exceeded their expectations. This is always are number one priority."

I found Miller Exteriors and More on Angie's List and at a home remodeling show. I liked their display and the owner was pretty good to talk to, so I went ahead and had them come out and give me an estimate. I had an issue with an exhaust fan that they put in and they came back out and fixed it. They put in a shower enclosure, replaced an exhaust fan, and did some trim work.
