"We found Carlos after getting bids from two other companies. Not only was his bid much lower than the other two, Carlos was very patient with me as I was juggling a tired 1 month old grandbaby as he prepared his estimate. We first had his crew complete an interior and partial exterior paint job at our recently purchased rental property. Carlos also gave us some really good recommendations on colors and suggestions on fixtures to go with the theme. The house looks beautiful, clean, and nicely updated thanks to his eye and the crew's care and attention to detail. In addition, there was not one drop of paint not where it was supposed to be! The attached image is our home where he recently completed the exterior. I was amazed that they could complete this project on our 2900 sq ft home exterior in only 3 days! Again, he gave us solid recommendations on the accent color (I was unsure at first, but he was spot on!). I wanted some new awnings before my paint job, and Dan hooked me up with one of his guys who created 3 beautiful awnings for me and fixed up some siding that had rotted before the rest of the painters came in. On a whim, I asked if Dan’s crew could complete the external paint job in time for a big birthday party I was hosting and he managed to knock it out with time to spare WHILE HE WAS HAVING HEART SURGERY. I mean, if that’s not above and beyond I really don’t know what is. The crew was fantastic and accommodating, and they were laughing and seemed to really enjoy the work, which is always a welcome thing to know that the people working on your home enjoy what they do. "Samantha was responsive in providing a painting quote. We got several quotes and it was the most thorough and reasonably priced. Some siding needed to be replaced and her carpenter quickly gave a separate quote for repairing this. We were traveling and they were flexible in working around our schedule. Ben the carpenter did a great job replacing dry rotted siding and a fence. There was one issue and he quickly resolved it. The paint crew led by Esteban did a quality job. They were thorough in the cleaning and other preparation. I noticed a missed spot or two, but they got back to these on their own without a mention from me. My wife appreciated the very limited damage to the border plants despite the challenge of working around them. We would definitely recommend this company for similar painting projects."
