"This totaly came out of the blue. First of all we lowered or price from $9120.00 to $7700.00 because they kept telling us of their tight budget. Second, the original contract had three (3) colors, we ended up with thirteen (13 colors). Thirdly, they obvious loved our paint job because after we were done they kept hounding us to 1. please do their exterior even though we told them we shy away from exteriors and 2. please contact their relative in Medford because they need their house interior done as well. Fouthly, we had to cut in half our standard 25% material deposit for them. Fithly, we documented to them over $800.00 in extras we did not charge for. Sixthly, we gave her every key we had in our "key box" and it's still not determined wheather we already gave it to her husband, which we thought we might have done. Seventhly, we respect her comments above even though they are 100% inconsistant with their entire narrative towards the paint job. Lastly, throughout the entire project they were incredibly happy and even catered a wonderful lunch for us towards the end. We truly are sorry for the misunderstanding, we just wished that there would have been more dialogue and honesty along the way, something we always stress before starting any project.. We wish them the best."
