Ron Brown provided us with a written estimate upon our request and, after choosing his service, provided us with an estimate of how long the job would take. Our original estimate of $2550 was for interior only. Our house has a 14 foot peak in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom with one skylight. Ron either rolls or brush coats only - no spraying. He painted two coats and, after seeing his work, we asked if he would paint the exterior trim on our house which was extensive, required much ladder work and hadn't been done in 13 years. After approving his new estimate for the exterior trim we received another time estimate. Both time estimates were accurate and completed as bid. Ron went beyond the call of duty when asked if he would remove a couple of old and rusted antennas left by the previous owner as he caulked all the holes from those antennas. He pointed out a place on the front of our house that was in a different color from the trim and where the paint was flaking away and agreed to paint that for us for an extra $300. Then we noticed rust on our double garage door and Ron painted that for us well. He painted the front door telling us that he considered it part of the trim.
We would hire Ron again in a heartbeat. He painted areas unasked that needed it even if he hadn't bid on it, caulked all holes, cracks, etc. and made sure our house was weather tight. Most importantly, he was extremely neat and tidy to the point that one couldn't really tell we were in the midst of a major house painting. We highly recommend Ron Brown.

He did a great job right on schedule and was neat as a pin. We had just installed new carpet throughout and he did not get a drop on the carpet or floors. His work was neatly done and he did not spray at all - all hand rolled.
