Their bids were significantly lower than all others and they worked with us on our timeline. They were respectful of our budget and didn’t push us to do more than was necessary. We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work. "Oliver's Construction & Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job on my home and fence. First they gave me a beautiful fence that, I'm sure be there long after I'm gone! They put wheels on the two large doors so that it will be so much easier to open. And I didn't even ask for that. Oliver is always doing things that make things so much nicer and more beautiful. He pointed out several things that I knew were damaged but had no idea that he would be able to fix. Like five rows of paneling on the side of the house that were damaged, like two boards that were rotten, and like the area between panels that were getting water in and under them. He fixed all of it and it looks so good now. It's like I have a brand new home. I was so surprised that he could do all of that for the price he quoted me. It amazes me that there are people still around that want to do such a great job just because it is the right thing to do. Oliver is one of those people.
