"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I had the power to out in my garage and needed a quick fix since I am working from home out there during the pandemic. I inquired late on Monday night via email and had a call on Tuesday morning, with an electrician at my house that afternoon. He did a wonderful job of explaining the troubleshooting steps and what was being done. The culprit was a bad splice hidden behind a panel.
