"All utilities were located prior to work. Permits were taken care of and completed. Sanitary facilities for the crew were placed and removed promptly and placed so they were not a problem. The crew was courteous and prompt and did the work in a professional manner. They even did a little bit of extra sealing of the sites of foundation cracks in the affected area and pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of in the crawl space of my house that needed my attention.
