"The team at John's Waterproofing was professional and punctual. I was satisfied with the whole process, from the bid to the actual work. They installed a sump pump system in my basement with an 80' trench along the wall. It was needed since my basement was taking on 150 gallons/day during the worst of last winter. The main reason I used John's was that my friend has used them for his house in SE Portland and raved about them. When the crew of 3 guys came in, they worked almost non-stop and completed the project in one-day. I was happy with the result and would hire them again (but I won't have to since they guarantee their work for life). Also, I did my own demo work to prepare the wall and will repair it on my own. This allowed me to save a lot of money. I thought they did a good job mitigating the dust, but there was still some dust left over. To me this is completely reasonable.
