Jamison asked great questions and brought up elements I had not considered, when visiting to bid the job. He proposed a sensible fix to my garage flooding in heavy rain. His bid was similar to others but I selected Unique because I felt my concerns and goals were heard and respected. Glad I did. They were able to get me on their schedule promptly, much appreciated as winter rains are upon us. The 6-person crew showed up on time and got the job done in 3 days as promised, including moving my garage door up to accommodate the higher slab. The crew demonstrated Covid-safe practices and though several are cigarette smokers, they kept cigs away from the garage and did not leave a single butt behind. Their finish work is nice, blends well with existing walkways & driveway. My garage is now usable: dry and with a smooth, well-poured floor and apron. Highly recommend this friendly, professional outfit.

From the start of the bidding process to the end of the project this company was courteous and professional. They showed up and completed this project in a short period of time for a very competitive price compared to all other contractors. . When they completed the project they exceeded my expectations of how it would turn out. I would recommend them for any small or large project.

Jamison and his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I would and already have recommended them! Once they started the job they worked until it was finished and cleaned up after. They poured 43 yards of concrete, with 50% of it colored and stamped for our driveway and patio. They were very meticulous around the screens and covered our home with plastic to ensure there was no splatter. They were also very meticulous with the underground drain system for our driveway. The kept us informed the whole way through so we knew what was happening and what to expect. Our slopped driveway turned out awesome and our patio is stunning!

Jamison and his crew put in about 450 sqft of sidewalk and 3 entrance areas. We had to deal with really low overnight temps, so the project was delayed several times. Jamison kept me informed and was very helpful about small changes I requested and answering my all my questions. I would highly recommend then to anyone.

These people were great to work with. Once they started pouring the concrete they didn't stop. Had 7 people working to get it done and they did it right.

We had an old section of concrete and wanted to extend the area to create a patio in the back of our home. Jamison and his crew did an awesome job. It only took one day to remove the old concrete and set up the forms for the new area. The patio was poured the next day. We are extremely happy with the finish project. It's not just concrete, it is a beautiful space. With coloir trim and a center stamping added so much to the project. The crew were very professional and a delight to engage with while they were working. I'm so glad we choose them.

Jamison and his crew came in on Wednesday, tore out the old driveway, graded and formed for the new. Put in the gravel sub layer and were ready to pour concrete the next day. Thursday they installed the rebar, poured and and finished the driveway. The whole crew were pleasant and professional and the finished product was all that I asked for and more.

Jamison and his crew far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the work flawless, but they were on time, friendly and cleaned up after each day of work. We would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from great people. 60. retaining wall with a new fence installed on top of the wall. They back filled from the house to the retaining wall to level the area which was a sloped yard. Unique also poured concrete to match up with my existing concrete patio and give me twice the area that was originally there.

I had a six-car driveway put in. It's gorgeous. It makes my small house look like an estate. I had stamped cement instead of pavers. Huge driveway done in 2 days. He (Jamison Ruzicka) also suggested making the short walkway to my door into a ramp--I use a walker. I also appreciated how carefully he lined up the squares and bands to be visually pleasing as they came up to my garage doors. I have no negative comments at all. I'm hoping to have him put in a patio in the backyard soon.
