My water heater was working fine, but it was about 20 years old so I wanted to replace it so as not to have to do it in a rush situation. I also wanted a shut-off valve installed on the main water line in my cellar, and a have valve added so I can drain my water lines. Jim offered some good suggestions for how to install the valves, and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. The following week, David showed up to do the plumbing. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I am very satisfied with the job. Evergreen Plumbing is a very good locally owned company, and I will recommend them to friends, and hire them for any future plumbing projects.

"I found them a very delightful human being. The installation went well except the plunger which didn't work. They assured me that there were coming back to fix that, but they haven't been back yet. I had them booked for the next job. They did such a great work that my daughter is interested to hire them. I would definitely highly recommend them to anybody. They were fast and efficient. They did a terrific work. I enjoyed having them here. I certainly would not have anybody else come in their place. They have a lifetime customer as long as they come back to fix the plunger. The price is a bit higher than the other quotes that I had, but I would rather pay more and have it done correctly."

"We started using II-S Mechanical in October 2012 when a sump pump gave
out, and we were lucky to get an employee named Don whose knowledge,
professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.  He
replaced that sump pump and then, though not originally a part of the
work to be done, closely examined another older sump pump, explaining
the problems with this older pumps current set-up and giving us
practical estimates on replacement.  We knew that older pump would need
replacement and we depend greatly on that pump.  So, since we were very
satisfied with Don's work, we had II-S Mechanical/Don replace that
second pump. Again, he was very detailed and neat in his work, and both
pumps are working great.  We have real peace of mind knowing the work
was done right.  We've also had Don replace two sink faucets, one of
them which was a difficult, arduous job because the old faucet was
rusted and hard to remove.  Throughout that work, Don acted good-natured
and professional throughout the challenging work.  We have not yet
worked with another employee from this company, but if they're like Don
then you can't go wrong with this company.
