"Hi there, we called Rob to do an estimate. He was timely and communicative. He was our third estimate and the one we went with and we are so thankful we did! He was extremely reasonable and he made sure to do a good job. We had his help repairing and replacing our front steps, the molding and door frame for the front door, and yes, even the kitchen sink (faucet). When they work on the faucet was more extensive than he thought, he went to the store and bought a new faucet, making sure it matched what we had. He replaced the whole thing and did a great job. This is a rental property for us, we live in Arizona, and he worked with the tenant so I was able to communicate across the states to make all the work easy, affordable and trust the work was done well. He even stayed to paint the door frame, which was above and beyond what we asked, but it needed to be done and he wanted the final product to be a good one. We will use him again. I highly recommend him for any home repair needs."

"On Friday evening I contacted Anchor Plumbing and talked to Danny about getting out new sink installed, made an appointment for Monday for him to come out and give me an estimate and if I okayed that they would install it, and that is what happened. He was right on time, did exactly what he said, and with Carlos, they carried out the extremely heavy old sink, but didn’t mention anything about how heavy it was. (I knew because my brother told me). The new sink is installed and everything works great and looks great. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also they were very pleasant, polite."

"Excellent! Charles quote was so much less than the 3 other quotes. When asked about it I was told that the underneath of the deck only needed 1 beam replaced. Everyone else planned to tear down and replace the entire deck which put their quotes so high. On time, cleaned up everything and explained what they were doing. Charles, Scott, Steve and Jeffrey were professional. Not only will I be happy to recommend them, I already have scheduled them to replace 2400 sq. ft. of flooring in my house and replace a fence.
