His crew is very friendly and thorough. My grass is the nicest grass on the whole street! He takes care of seeding and fertilizing without me even asking. Heck, I wouldn't even know what to ask for...He must use a secret recipe to make my grass so lush and green!!
He even brings my garbage, recycle and yard debris bins back behind the house because he happens to come every week right after the garbage man does. So when I get home from work I get to relax instead of bringing all those bins back from the curb. You can't imagine how many cold, dark, rainy nights that I have smiled when I saw my bins were already put away for me.
I have had Adan help me with several special projects and he always goes above what I ask him to do. For example, I asked him to cut down some tall bushes/small trees and he cut and stacked the wood into logs when I told him I might use them for firewood. That required him to haul the logs next to the garage and stack against a back fence. All of that was done safely, quickly and for very little money. And he has a very sweet smile and always is smiling, even when I forget to turn off the auto sprinklers and he gets doused!
Yard work is back breaking work and he does it all without one complaint and a great big smile. He is such a humble man who is a little shy and always trying to please. He will break his back trying to do the best job possible. He doesn't charge much at all and all these years he has never raised my rates. His prices are very fair and reasonable enough that you can use his services regularly.
I have recommended him to several friends and they are also very pleased after they see how clean and perfect their yard is after he's done. Most of them decide to hire him to come weekly after that. I also have friends who just use his service for spring cleaning, and he is very happy to do that with no pressure for more.

I wish I could afford to give all of my friends a free yard care gift once a year so they could enjoy the freedom from all the raking, mowing and having to buy and maintain all the edging and cutting equipment.
My yard looks professionally done with crisp, clean edging and my garage isn't full of tools and machinery I have to sharpen and replace. My back isn't sore on Monday from trying to get a lawn mower goingand hauling yard clippings and wet leaves .One time I saw a great deal on wood chips so I bought 5 bags and sat them outside next to the house until I got time to spread them on my pathways. Imagine how pleased I was when I got home and the work was already done for me, the sidewalks swept and the bags disposed of- without an extra charge!!!
I used to drive to the coast or the woods to get away from it all, but now I can simply enjoy my back yard! I realized I was avoiding yardwork, procrastinating, and pretending I didn't have yardwork to do by running away. But since Adan and his crew come every Wednesday, my yard is ready to enjoy every Friday night when I get home from work. What a joy! A gift everyone should give to themselves. Every Friday night I get the grill going, open a cold one, sit on my butt and admire my gorgeous yard! And then I do that again on Saturday and Sunday- never fighting traffic to escape- having to think about all the yardwork I SHOULD be doing. AND if I FEEL like doing some gardening, I only do what I WANT to do. I get to do the fun stuff. ehehehe!
Call me spoiled if you want but never call me stupid. This is the smartest thing I've ever done. The NICEST thing I've ever done for myself. And you should do it too!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
