Communication and customer service were top notch and that was why we decided to go with them! The luxury vinyl plank (LVP) installation took two installers a day to complete a 900 sq ft floor. Quick with quality work! Our carpet for our office was also done well and looks great with our LVP! We loved the outcome and we definitely will go back for future projects. "Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "Unfortunately, I stained my new carpet with coffee.  As you can imagine it left a stain.  Zwicker's was able to remove the stain as well as doing a cleaning of all of the high traffic areas.  Excellent job.....stain gone!

Jason was prompt and started working right away.  I was able to walk him through before I left.  When I returned I noticed some areas in the walk through that needed additional cleaning, he fixed them right away.  Very good work, high standard of care.  I purchased a special, $99 for 4 hours of cleaning.  Since my home did not take 4 hours he left me with a credit for 1.5 hours of future cleaning.  I will have them back again.
