Unfortunately, I stained my new carpet with coffee. As you can imagine it left a stain. Zwicker's was able to remove the stain as well as doing a cleaning of all of the high traffic areas. Excellent job.....stain gone!

Dereck is great to work with. Does a wonderful job. He has the latest "green" products and the carpets look amazing.

I have called upon Derek for a number of years because of the excellent outcomes he can achieve with state of the art truck mounted equipment. He is reasonably priced and does such a good job even with tough stains like pet accidents and even red wine that I tried a number of things on and he had the stain out in a "once over."
Derek evaluates what I need and makes helpful suggestions, including suggesting certain things I think need to be done that actually don't need to be done "this time."
