"Leo's a character! We had him out to do the asbestos check at the same time a home inspection was being performed. Home inspector said we needed a separate roof inspection. Guess what else Leo does? He has a cool thermal camera that picked up leaks in the roof that weren't bad enough for the moisture checker to pick up. Climbed right up on the roof and did that inspection too.
