"Robert and the team at Artistic Landscapes were so amazing to work with. After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. By the time we called Robert, we felt embarrassed of our yard and anxious to get it resolved. We have struggled in the past getting landscapers to follow through with giving us bids so we were nervous about starting that process again. Other crews that we hired wouldn't complete the job as described and made us feel like we were being difficult for asking questions or speaking up. This was NOT the case with Robert and his team. They were kind, communicative, affordable, flexible and the end product was gorgeous. They promised 100% and gave us 200%. Not only did they do a great job installing the drain and putting the yard back together but they found the source of the problem. I had the area dug up twice by other companies who found nothing except ground water, but Aaron and his crew found a broken irrigation pipe. They did the repairs and along with the drain it looks like things are totally solved. Excellent work, very friendly and I truly felt they wanted to resolve tho issue. It was a long day for them but I very happy itâ s fixed!"
