"This company is obviously nationwide and hires local contractors. I trusted Agies List that all contractors are licensed, bonded and have background checks. This person was a handyman and not qualified to wall mount, conceal wires, add electrical outlet. He spend five hours in my home, for a job that should have taken two hours and left the area in a disaster. The TV was hung close to the ceiling, the wires were hanging down from the TV, and the receiver was sitting on top of a plaster box because the cord was too short. He was obviously not qualified to install TV wall mounts. I have photos. As soon as he left, I called Best Buy Geek Squad. They were able to come out the next day and mount the TV professionally. I have used the geek squad in Virginia and they are highly qualified. They charge more than this nationwide company but you get what you pay for. I called Angies List the day after the disaster and said i did not want to rate this company but I wanted to talk to a manager. No one called me to apologize. I have cancelled my membership. Do not use this company unless you can be assured that the local contractor is qualified and is licensed. You should never let anyone into your home that has not had background checks. "

Signs that electrical work may need to be redone in Klamath Falls include outdated aluminum or knob-and-tube wiring, missing GFCI outlets in kitchens and baths, or visible moisture damage in basements. Frequent circuit trips, voltage fluctuations, or evidence of makeshift wiring are red flags. If previous work was unpermitted or doesn’t meet current safety standards, schedule a professional electrical inspection.
Helpful?
In Klamath Falls, minor electrical projects like GFCI outlet replacements or light fixture swaps usually take 1–4 hours. Medium projects, such as panel upgrades or installing new 240V outlets, often require 1–2 days. Whole-home rewiring can take 3–7 days. Project timelines may be affected by permit processing, local weather, and inspector availability, so plan ahead for possible delays.
Helpful?
If you notice frequent breaker trips, flickering lights, burning odors, or warm outlets—especially during winter heating—schedule an electrical inspection. Homes built before 1990 or those with worsening electrical issues in colder months should be prioritized. Plan projects in late spring or after severe weather, and before installing major appliances or EV chargers to ensure your home remains safe and efficient.
Helpful?
In Klamath Falls, electrical issues often develop in older panel boxes, basement and crawl space wiring, and outdoor outlets exposed to winter moisture. Kitchens and bathrooms may need GFCI outlet updates, while heating system wiring and well pump circuits in rural homes can wear down from heavy seasonal use. Attic and garage wiring should also be checked regularly, especially after harsh weather.
Helpful?
Electrical work in Klamath Falls can impact heating systems, well pumps, water heaters, and sump pumps, especially during panel upgrades or circuit changes. Smart home devices, security systems, and HVAC controls may also be disrupted. To minimize issues, coordinate projects during mild weather and consult local professionals, particularly if your home relies on electric heating or rural water systems.
