"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

And the estimate was closer to what we figured for the time. Reassured us about moving a special needs person. We liked them right off, just with phone contact. On Moving Day, they were there on time. Gave us the Royal blue carpet treatment. took great care with things, got everything in truck and then at the new place everything in the apartment and put where needed so we did not have to move furniture. "This is the sixth time I've used WVM and they have been OUTSTANDING each time. They are reliable, professional, careful, and super fast. We have a couple of things that are tricky to move due to age and fragility, and they spent time figuring best way to wrap and carry. They still finished in 4 hours, going 2 places (storage and the new house). I was very organized, which helps any mover, but the one time I was in total chaos, they still handled it with speed and care. Moving is the worst....but they take a lot of the tension out of the mix. Fantastic. The price quoted includes a generous tip."
