"I researched 4 companies to fully encapsulate a crawlspace damaged by flooding and rats. I also did a lot of research into possibly doing it myself so i knew what to look for. John's was the most expensive, but they were all in the same general ballpark. I was put off by some of the competitors marking insulation as "extra" and not including in their initial estimate. Insulation is required! John's costs a bit more but you get more too: John's insulated the entire floor with wrapped foam pads, dug a drain trench around the entire perimeter, jacked up every concrete pier to slide vapor barrier underneath the posts, and used proper mechanical fasteners on all of the wall insulation boards. Every nook and cranny was sealed with spray foam. The workers were amazing. They did not cut any corners. They nipped and tucked every tight little spot and never complained or made excuses. They built a plastic clean-tunnel every day and took it down down every afternoon. They did not leave behind trash. My crawlspace is clean enough to literally eat off the floor now. I would recommend John's if you want your job done correctly."

"After interviewing 8 contractors, Dorson Jackson was the obvious choice for our major project/home remodel, touching on every room in the house. Because we are not living locally, having someone we can trust with our home from far away is of the utmost importance. Dorson recently brought his son on board and we have been equally impressed with his follow up and thoroughness. In addition, Dorson has gone out of his way to help us with our permitting process, which is not part of his job and was only necessary due to failure of a third party. "All utilities were located prior to work. Permits were taken care of and completed. Sanitary facilities for the crew were placed and removed promptly and placed so they were not a problem. The crew was courteous and prompt and did the work in a professional manner. They even did a little bit of extra sealing of the sites of foundation cracks in the affected area and pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of in the crawl space of my house that needed my attention. When the work was complete the clean-up was exceptional.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
