"Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

"Dennis was nice to work with. He was professional, and did a great job explaining everything. I've had other roofs repaired and replaced, but repairing a tile roof was a first. When I called around for bids, there were not a lot of roofing contractors who would repair tile. The kind of tile used on the house is discontinued. To repair the roof, I had to wait for replacement tiles to be available from the tear off of another tile roof that was being replaced. Dennis explained that the chimney flashing needed repaired, AND the moss buildup in the roof valley was directing water right to the chimney. He explained his approach to scheduling roofs and repairs to me (first in, first out). A few of the other reviewers have grumbled about this, but I found it to be reasonable. I had no problems. The roof is repaired, clean, and looks a lot nicer. The price was fair. I'd hire him again."

Once inspected, he informed me of the degeneration of the concrete crown and the repairs necessary to protect the structure of the chimney bricks. I agreed to a fair price for the repair and added in chimney toppers. Work was completed in one day. He even pressure washed and sealed the entire outside of my chimney. "Michael was prompt in contacting me to schedule the repairs.  He was very flexible and was able to make the repairs within several days.  They made the repairs to the 2' x 2' opening on the roof where we had demolished a failing brick chimney.  Starting with removal of the old chimney flashing, they stripped back the existing shingles, installed the decking, placed the waterproof membrane (not the usual felt material but a self adhesive roofing repair material) and then the architectural shingles.  They cleaned up and were complete with the job in less than 2 hours.
