Chimcare Salem

I had them replace the chimney chase cover and later a chimney cap. I originally should have gotten the chase cover within about 6 weeks from paying a 50% deposit, but instead, it took 8 months before I finally had my cover installed. This was due to repeated poor measurements and lots of excuses. They came out at least 5 times to retake measurements and at least once attempted to install a cover that didn't fit. Poor communication, and they only updated me if I contacted them repeatedly. Each time they took measurements, it was at least 6 weeks until I heard from them again. Upon installing the chimney chase cover, they told me I should replace one chimney cap. Since it was rusty, I agreed to have them do it. They did install what they said was a standard size, but as soon as it started raining, the cap leaked into my fireplace. They sent people out numerous times but never did fix it. I finally hired another company, which said it was the wrong size cap.
