"Steven, Josh, and Dylan were incredible in helping my partner and I move out of state. We will be recommending them to our friends in Portland. They packed everything with such care, and were a pleasure to spend time with. They helped us wrap and pack our larger items, including a complicated treadmill. Then they moved our things down 2 flights of stairs, across a busy street, and in some Portland rain to load up our Pod container. Steven loaded up the Pod container so well that we didn't need our second container, and there was room to spare. Nothing moved at all in the container in a move from Oregon to California, and our California local movers were impressed with how the Pod was packed. Nothing broke in our move. On top of all of that, we just can't get over how friendly and enjoyable it was to be around Steven, Josh, and Dylan. They were so smiley and cheery that they made what could have been a stressful day actually really fun. If we were still living in Portland, we would definitely use this team again and specifically request this trio. All of this, and they completed our move exactly at our minimum hours. I don't usually write reviews on a public platform but had to for this team! :)"

"I was originally happy with service but then i found that Priority Moving damaged the carport at my apartment building. They didn't tell me or Michael about it and he was surprized hearing about it and accused my landlord and me of lying instead of letting insurance company to deal with it. He was rude and defensive. Then i told him that one of his guys also damaged my antique table, part of the leg came off and he just reatached it and didnt tell me. He didnt know i saw it happening when he pulled the table across the floor in the living room and he said in a high tone that since table is standing now thereis nothing wrong with it then he hang up on me."

"We hired Portland Movers Ready yesterday to move our 12K hot tub and other furniture. Upon delivering the hot tub, the mover broke a side panel. When my husband called the owner he got upset and said it was not his fault as it was cheap plastic. The movers demanded to be paid in cash and no receipt. My husband managed to write down what happened and had the foreman sign the paper. I called from my phone and the owner picked up the phone and I told him I would obtain a quote for the repair for him to pay us back. He said ok send it to me and then we will see. He has yet to respond to our calls, text or emails. I would not recommend hiring this company as they do not provide and contract or receipt and zero liability. We will continue to pursue our claim for damage to private property."

"I got a quote to move a 2 bedroom duplex into a 3 bedroom house. They sent out a guy to go through the house to put together a quote. Right off the bat, they had the wrong form for doing a long-distance move. They were supposed to take pictures, but failed to do that. I was quoted $6,126 for the move. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. But it became very apparent that they underestimated my move and reached capacity of the truck before loading everything up. They said they had to deliver the stuff to the house. They didn't offer me a second truck. So I had to drive out to Mt new house to unload the stuff, then drive back to get the rest of my load. I was told that this wouldn't cost any extra, except maybe an additional fuel surcharge which I was okay with. They loaded the second half of my stuff and hauled it to the new house. At this point was when it all went to he'll in a hamdbasket. They gave me to form to sign. Now the price was over $10,000 and they gave me all sorts of excuses. I should have got their comments in writing as they told me it wouldn't cost me any more. They told me it was due to being overweight. But that was the fault of the estimater not getting it right. Why should I have to pay them for their failure to do their job? Plus, they are terrible at reading. I clearly marked my boxes for each room, but they scattered them all over my garage. Everything is mixed up and I can't find anything now and I'm totally broke. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR MOVE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will be sorry you hired them."

Their office staff was proactive with information and follow up on our loading date. The crew, Austin and Chris showed up on time, were very professional, had the tools and supplies they needed and to charge of organizing our furniture and boxes to maximize the POD space. They worked well as a team and had a great sense of humor, while doing heavy hard work. We look forward to having Oregon Trail Moving load our next POD next week.
