"We hired Stan to do our kitchen remodel. I had 4 other contractors give me bids. Two would only give me a rough estimate unless I wanted to spend $5,000-$15,000 thousand for their designers. One other one gave me a loose bid but it wasn’t the contractor that came out it was a lady who worked for them. Stan was the last one to come out and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after all the others. He was professional, prepared with questions that no one else asked like; what kind of counters with pamphlets to look at so he could give me a proper estimate and what kind of backsplash and cabinets I wanted. He took measurements, gave me some advice on things to do and not. By the time he left I was impressed and sold! I told my husband if he comes back and its compative then we found our guy. When His estimate came in it was broken down, easy to read and fair! He was hired! Stan did an outstanding job on the remodel. He was everything you want in a contractor-fair, hardworking, honest, punctual and kind. His work is beautiful and he is a bit of a perfectionist. One of the cabinets had apparently some chips at the very top (I couldn’t see it!) so he took it off and took it back to the cabinet makers to have them repaint it for us. He worked long hours to make sure it was done and right! Also having four littles at home, I was a bit nervous about having a bunch of guys coming in and out of my home. Everyone that Stan brought in my house were kind and respectful. So as my kids called him, Stan the Man is the only contractor I will ever use and we are already talking with him about finishing our loft space. Do yourself a favor and call him, you wont be sorry! His work will speak for itself!"

"I found R3J Residential Services through Angie’s List. Ron, the owner, was very prompt in scheduling a meeting to determine the scope of work and providing an estimate for that work - a master bathroom remodeling project. The project was comprised primarily of replacing our fiberglass shower with a tile- enclosed shower with a glass wall and door; replacing the flooring with luxury vinyl planks; replacing our built-in jetted tub with a standalone tub; replacing our double sink vanity cabinet; and replacing the toilet, mirror, and the light fixtures. His estimate was very reasonable and significantly less than an estimate we received from a design/build firm. To be fair to the design/build firm, Ron does not provide design services, but he can refer you to an interior designer he has worked with and he can also offer suggestions based on his experience in bathroom remodeling. Ron was very patient with us as we asked him a lot of questions about the remodel and design options, even before making a decision to hire him. Ron is cost conscious, but not to the point where he would use poor quality materials and products. He is willing to use more expensive materials if the client wants to spend that additional amount, but I found that the quality of the products and materials he uses to be of very high quality. After reading the reviews for R3J Residential Services on Angie’s List, which were all A’s, and meeting with Ron several times to discuss options and the finer details involved in a remodel, we decided to hire Ron to remodel our master bathroom. Ron was one of the best, if not the best, contractor we have ever had on any of our home projects. The quality of his work and professionalism is excellent. He gave us a schedule of when every major task was going to be done and he met that schedule. He was prompt in showing up at our house, cleaned up the work area every day, was very communicative as to what was going to be done and when it was going to be done, and very easy to talk to about the various aspects of the project. I also found him to be very trustworthy in our house. All of his subcontractors did excellent work. While all of the subs did excellent work, I want to mention that that the guy that tiled the shower turned our shower into a piece of art; it was that good. The quartz countertop installation was also excellent; I could not have asked for a better installation. I think the reason everything turned out so well was because Ron maintains a very high standard of work and hires subs that meet his high standard. I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat should I have any future home projects. I would strongly recommend R3J Residential Services for any home project."

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. "John and Brian of JAW Construction did a complete interior refresh of our mid 1970’s split entry ranch house. They removed two walls to open up the main living area, added two new windows to allow more natural light in and installed new lighting throughout. All the flooring was replaced with hard wood upstairs and LTV downstairs. They replaced every door along with all the trim in the house. They installed a completely new custom kitchen, remodeled both bathrooms, laundry room and added a wet bar area as well as resurfacing two fireplaces. In short they touched every surface inside our house. John, Brain and all of their subs were easy to work with, professional and helpful throughout the 3 month construction project. They were able to work around the inherent flaws of an older house and were accommodating went we changed our minds and asked for changes. They really did work to fulfill our vision for the house. We are very happy with the fit, finish and overall quality of their work and would highly recommend JAW Construction."

"The first job that John did for me was a shower remodel. Old fiberglass shower was replaced with tiled one, also new tile floor and a new toilet. It's bigger now and looks gorgeous! It was done on time, as scheduled and at reasonable price. When my old deck needed repair, I called John again. His crew replaced all damaged wood and now my old deck looks like new!
