"Our home was built in 1947 and it was time for a complete kitchen remodel. After meeting and interviewing several contractors I decided to go with Alex Freddi construction. This was our first major remodel project and needless to say I was very nervous and anxious regarding the process. I wanted to make sure that I did my due diligence. Alex was very communicative, understanding and responsive to all my questions and concerns. All was spelled out in the contract and any additional questions or issues were addressed promptly. Our kitchen remodel started in early February 2021 and was completed in March 2021. The whole crew was amazing and kept us informed at every step. Alex works with several interior designers and we worked with Jennifer Roos. Jennifer was amazing. I had never worked with an interior designer and Jennifer made all the design decisions an easy process, especially during covid-19. Everyone followed covid-19 protocols while working in our home and we felt very safe. Another issue that Alex informed us about was ordering all if our new cabinetry and appliances well in advance if needing them for the project, due to supply shortages caused by the global covid-19 pandemic. We followed that advice and subsequently the remodel was able to proceed smoothly with no delays. We were very pleased with with the outcome. So much so that Alex is doing a bathroom remodel for us this summer."

"The owner came out and spoke with my client about what they wanted.  He offered some ideas and gave her some options and explained what walls were support walls and which weren't and how they could open up some space between the kitchen and the living room My client also had one or two other contractors come out to discuss options and give bids.  She felt that Lo's was the most knowledgeable and really liked the owner.  I don't know what the cost of the work done was, but she decided to go with Lo's.

"Just had our kitchen remodel completed by them and couldn’t be happier! Job was done in the estimated timeframe and on budget. Stan was great to work with. He made great recommendations when we were unsure or stuck on something, and kept us well informed on timing and any issues that came up every step of the way. He and everyone he brought in were very professional and worked hard to get the job done. We are already planning to have more work done by them in the near future. Highly recommend."

"We've just finished the framing stage and currently building a house Pat designed for us. Her attention to detail is great, including the functional living design she helped with. She is great to work with and listened to what we were after during the design phase. I would definitely recommend her, and have, if you're looking for help with your home or remodel design."

"Matt and his team just completed a 2 1/2 month remodel of my mid 1980’s house. The project updated every room in the house and I am thrilled with the work that was done. The project came in on budget and on time. Based on my experience with New Leaf Renovations you can expect. + A competitive, comprehensive price quote + Good design guidance up front and throughout the project + Excellent communication throughout the project + Great people to work with and have in your home If you are considering any work on your home, New Leaf Renovation should be on your short list of bidders."

"Dave was great to work with on designing our modern kitchen! He was meticulous in measuring so our cabinets fit perfectly. It was obvious that he has a lot of experience in the field of kitchen design."

"I found R3J Residential Services through Angie’s List. Ron, the owner, was very prompt in scheduling a meeting to determine the scope of work and providing an estimate for that work - a master bathroom remodeling project. The project was comprised primarily of replacing our fiberglass shower with a tile- enclosed shower with a glass wall and door; replacing the flooring with luxury vinyl planks; replacing our built-in jetted tub with a standalone tub; replacing our double sink vanity cabinet; and replacing the toilet, mirror, and the light fixtures. His estimate was very reasonable and significantly less than an estimate we received from a design/build firm. To be fair to the design/build firm, Ron does not provide design services, but he can refer you to an interior designer he has worked with and he can also offer suggestions based on his experience in bathroom remodeling. Ron was very patient with us as we asked him a lot of questions about the remodel and design options, even before making a decision to hire him. Ron is cost conscious, but not to the point where he would use poor quality materials and products. He is willing to use more expensive materials if the client wants to spend that additional amount, but I found that the quality of the products and materials he uses to be of very high quality. After reading the reviews for R3J Residential Services on Angie’s List, which were all A’s, and meeting with Ron several times to discuss options and the finer details involved in a remodel, we decided to hire Ron to remodel our master bathroom. Ron was one of the best, if not the best, contractor we have ever had on any of our home projects. The quality of his work and professionalism is excellent. He gave us a schedule of when every major task was going to be done and he met that schedule. He was prompt in showing up at our house, cleaned up the work area every day, was very communicative as to what was going to be done and when it was going to be done, and very easy to talk to about the various aspects of the project. I also found him to be very trustworthy in our house. All of his subcontractors did excellent work. While all of the subs did excellent work, I want to mention that that the guy that tiled the shower turned our shower into a piece of art; it was that good. The quartz countertop installation was also excellent; I could not have asked for a better installation. I think the reason everything turned out so well was because Ron maintains a very high standard of work and hires subs that meet his high standard. I would hire Ron again in a heartbeat should I have any future home projects. I would strongly recommend R3J Residential Services for any home project."

"Tom is great i will use aloha Renovation again"

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. We accepted this bid and began to move forward with this project. As with any construction project, we ran into unexpected situations. I could not have picked a better partner to handle all of these situations. He maintained focus on finding solutions, worked magic to make things happen that we wanted and came up with additional creative ideas when we couldn’t. He is a true craftsman and he employs the most amazing people! The pandemic hit during our project and he was respectful of our request to wear masks when entering our home. They continued the work and Jay was open about end dates and timelines. If you are looking to start a project, I can tell you that Jay Bemis and his team at Timeless Builders is who you want to partner with. Their work exceeded our expectations, their friendliness was an added bonus and the end result blew us away. Don’t think twice, contact Jay with Timeless Builders, he will help you get your project done right."

"This is the second project that we have hired JAW Construction for and we are very happy with how our remodel turned out. As this was a major kitchen, dining and living room remodel, which meant we were not going to be able to be in those rooms during the construction, John and I worked on the timeline to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Before the project started, Mark from Amcraft Cabinets came out and measured and talked with us to determine how best to use the space. We came up with several cool options including a pull out spice rack and a lift for my mixer. Once the project began, John, Brian, the electricians Clint, Christian and Tyler and the plumber Mike were always on time, friendly, always available for questions and cleaned up after themselves. John estimated that the project would take six weeks and it ended up taking five weeks! While it was not fun to be without a kitchen, we are so happy with how it turned out, it made it all worth it. Everyone that has seen our remodeled areas or pictures of them are very impressed. I highly recommend hiring JAW Construction and we are already planning our next project with John."
