"Ziebart Construction created a beautiful design for our home addition. They are friendly, flexible, professional, kind, and timely."

"My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb! Without exception, the employees and sub-contractors were polite, skilled, and each demonstrated a strong work ethic I highly recommend Paliy Construction for any build or remodel. Should the need arise, we will be calling upon them again! Karen Camas, WA"

"Juan helped us design and plan a 4-plex on a small lot in a prime location. He met with the city and sorted out the codes we could use (duplex with 2 ADUs), and worked with us and the city the whole way through our work together. His plans made good sense, and he gave us space to think about it, talk about it and come back with thoughts that he would incorporate when we could. I feel like we had good control of the process, and he is a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Juan!"

"Kimiya and Jay were a pleasure to work with in every way. Their communication was outstanding, from our first planning meeting to the clear project estimate to scheduling over the course of several weeks. They understood our needs and budget, and delivered on both. The quality of Jay's work (outdoor painting, electrical, window replacement, and finish carpentry) was top-notch. My husband and I work from home, and Jay took care to minimize any disruption and clean up thoroughly. He even resolved a persistent roof leak that two roofing companies could not find or fix. We look forward to scheduling our next projects with Mass Design Build."

"We reached out to Elm Construction following a friend’s recommendation. Our contact was Tommy, who supported us throughout the project, making sure we were aligned at every step. He also helped us stay within our initial budget for the kitchen remodeling and ensured everything was delivered on time, as agreed. Thank you, Tommy and the Elm Construction team! We can’t wait for our next project together!"

"Paul was smart, flexible and creative. We're glad we chose him to help with out massive remodel."
