Ryan and his company are excellent. They have great communication, they work closely with you on your move and make sure every detail is covered. All items were protected and moved safely and quickly. He provides the best price around. I highly recommend this company for all of your moving and packing needs.

They were so fast with packing, loading, and unloading. Excellent communication. Nothing broken and overall very helpful. Appreciated their willingness and use of environmentally friendly packaging materials.

ZERO stars. They sent out someone who was late, stood on my new furniture to install a light, smelled of smoke, took too many breaks, worked very slow and then threatened to report me to my apartment management because he installed a light and faucet for me. He then said these two things to me (see photos). I am demanding a partial refund. However, he blocked me from his phone so I’m going to have to figure out another way to get my money back. I have never been treated in such a way. Don't trust this place!!

Half star would be generous! Not only did they arrive 1 hour and 45 min late but once loaded up Ryan and his helper were “starving” and planned to eat before even pulling out of town. I went ahead and said I would meet them at my destination. They finally showed up 3 HOURS AFTER I GOT THERE and I could smell alcohol on both of them. Totally unacceptable!! When he knew I was upset, Ryan said, “ I couldn’t care less, not like you were going to tip anyway”. On the price, I was originally I told if he was able to arrange to pick up a job for the return trip, he could bring it down. When they arrived, they had added a wooden dining room set with chairs to the back of the trailer, but said it was “donated for a family in need”. When I asked if he planned to adjust their fee, he not only said NO, but “I’m not F#@kin around”! I told him that he needed to watch his mouth. I was very offended and it was SO UNPROFESSIONAL I could hardly believe it. NEVER would I recommend this company or hire them again.

I LOVE this company. I hired them for last minute packing help and they came within 2 hours. They were detail-oriented, meticulous, and fast! I was shocked at how well they worked so diligently. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends for any moving help.

Ryan and Flower were absolutely terrific with the three stage furniture moving needed for our flooring replacment project. They were flexible, patient, very careful, and excellent to work with, we would highly recommend them.

My mom has used this moving company before and they did a great job, this was an in-town move. So when we decided it was time to move from Oregon to Idaho we went with Oregon Packing and Loading Inc. again. The loading and unloading went very well. However, while unloading there was some damage to a few items. A small table and my moms' computer desk, I was able to fix both of these items so they didn't need to be replaced. There was also damage to a 55" Smart TV that was around a year old and a craft cabinet that was less than a year old, both needed to be replaced. When this was told to Ryan the owner of the company he said he would get right on it and send my mom her money, after all isn't that why the company has insurance to cover these types of incidences. It has now been over a month and several conversations and my mom has still not received her money owed to her to replace these 2 items. I doubt she will ever see the money! I don't understand how a business owner can do this to a 90 year old woman on a fixed income! The cost of this move was very expensive and Ryan was paid in cash every penny owed to him, however had I known that my mom would not be paid I would have deducted the amount owed to him. He is someone that can't be trusted to take care of business in the correct manner! I would never recommend Oregon Packing and Loading Inc. for a long distance move.

Ryan and his crew, Tom and James, were great! Ryan provided excellent communication and service setting up the delivery of 2 U-boxes to my new home in Bend, and then again to accommodate me wanting to change it to a day earlier. The crew was very careful not to bump or scratch anything and was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Oregon Packing and Loading to help with your move! Anita K.

AWFUL- I had hired Ryan 3 previous times and referred him 4 other jobs. The following is what occured. Just simple facts- no subjective commentary- 1) Ryan confirmed he had proper insurance (up to a 1 million dollars) before the move 2) A very expensive sentimental table was dropped- causing irrefutable and irreversible damage. 3) Ryan confirmed (via voice and text) he would 100% reimburse me for the table. 4) We called the insurance company and they informed Ryan- his insurance would not cover the damages. 5) Ryan confirmed (via voice and text) he would take care of the situation 6) Since Sept 2019-April 2021 Ryan has told me (via voice and text) no less than 31 times he was going to come to pick up the table to fix it. 9) Ryan never arrived to pick up the table. 10) Ryan continuously does not call me back or respond to other messages 11) When I do get a hold of Ryan – he now just hangs up on me Another referred job I gave him- one of his employees stole $250

It went well. The team was a bit late, but not really a problem. It took less time than the minimum charge to unload, and I felt the communications leading up to the job were responsive and efficient. I would hire them again. I also recommended them to the owner/manager of the storage unit for potential future referrals to their service.

Situation: my mother had just moved from Michigan to Springfield. She had the truck scheduled to arrive on a Thursday. My husband and I were out of town and unable to help. My daughter was the only one there with her. This was obviously a problem. So I began calling around to try and find them some help. Keep in mind, this was Wednesday, the day before the truck was to arrive. Many companies were either unable to assist on such short notice or were going to charge a stupid amount. The I spoke with Ryan, the owner of this company. I told him my sob story. He was a knight in shining armor! He just said”yes, we can make it happen” and for a very reasonable cost. The next day, he showed up with another guy and got it done. My daughter called me after and said they were awesome! I can’t say enough good things about this guy and his company! Thank you Ryan and your guys!!! A honest company can sometimes be difficult to find!

Great group of guys. It was easy yo arrange for the help. The movers were professional and did a great job of packing the truck. I was hauling antique furniture 1500 miles and nothing was damaged. Thanks for the help.

These guys were the best. They were on-time, efficient, friendly and actually cared about what they were moving. They even stopped by a donation center to drop off some items on the way to the storage facility saving us the time and hassle of doing it ourselves. Great job guys!!

These guys are great. I needed a crazy garage room packed and moved about an hour away. Ryan & Garrett got to my place on time and finished the packing & loading quickly. My things were carefully packed into the van - no space wasted. They unloaded the truck quickly and put my things into storage, with everything in the same condition they started with. Ryan's estimate for the time and work was on point. You should call these guys up right now.

Process went smoothly. Ryan was extremely professional and accommodating. The crew worked hard and were friendly and professional. The whole team went the extra mile for us. Would absolutely use again and recommend to family and friends!

We had an immediate need for moving assistance, and they came through with flying colors. Cory and Perry were professional, efficient and accomplished the task in an expedient manner. I would definitely use their services again.

Ryan and his crew were great! Very professional, handled our stuff with care. The guys were very polite and explained to us what they were doing throughout the process. Even though they were extra careful, they were fast at both loading and unloading! They came prepared to load the U-Haul we rented, with pads and handtruck. They expertly filled the truck and drove it down to our new house. There they unloaded and put everything in the rooms we wanted them to go in. They had some challenges at both places. While the Eugene house was mostly level, the had to deal with a steep driveway. In a Cottage Grove the land was level, but they had to haul some heavy stuff up a steep flight of stairs. All with no complaints! They loaded the truck a second time for stuff that didn't make the first load for my son and I to drive down and unload. Everything was in great order, nothing broken, we were highly satisfied. We thought the charge was very reasonable and would highly recommend and would use them again without hesitation!

I highly recommend this group of movers to anyone who appreciates skill and care.  They know how to use all the resources available in the house to pack items, reducing the possibility of breakage, etc.  For example, we had two sheets of glass from the tops of desks.  They used the blankets in the home to wrap them carefully and placed them in the wardrobe.  They arrived at the destination without a scratch.  While we were unpacking and looking for specific items, we sent a text message to them and they were able to direct us to the labeled box that we needed.  They are personable, skilled, adaptable and efficient.  The best news is that, along with that, they are extremely reasonably priced.  They quoted us one figure and actually reduced it after the move!  That never happens. 
Give them a chance; you won't regret it.
