Brad and Jess were great. They worked hard and conscientiously. I appreciated how polite they were how willing to do whatever I asked. I would definitely use them again.

Horrible! first group showed up on time but didn't like that I wanted to read contract before signing so they left. second group showed up 3 hours later. furniture not protected and snaky with me when asked to do so. left finger prints on walls and furniture. damaged stairwell wall. damaged BR chest. job not completed - left boxes and chairs in garage as they were in a rush to leave. Ignored emails and calls for damage claim.

Wyatt and Cody were great. Nice guys who worked hard and steady. They asked if they had questions about where to put stuff and then asked again to make sure it was just where I wanted it. The wrapped each chair of our new dining set and wrapped other items because of the rain. They knew what they were doing and did it. The estimate was off. The guy thought it would take around 3 hours but in reality it took over 6. That's why I only gave them a B in the ratings. I realize the rain had a bit to do with it so will give them that but the guys worked steady and hard. Would hire them again, but hope we don't move again! I would suggest them to others if I were asked.

I was very impressed with their quickness and thoroughness, making sure they placed everything where I requested. Also were done in less than the minimum time so cost was reasonable.

Horrible service. They only brought a dolly to move entire apartment. MANY SMOKE BREAKS. Very unorganized. They charged the same for a small apartment that they did for a larger apartment. They would not listen to where things were to be placed. Sticky notes were placed on wall to show where furniture should go. When I left for a few minutes, they left furniture in middle of room. They were given carts to help out. Movers used them to have races when returning to apartments. They took much longer then estimate given.

I actually used these folks twice. First to move some stuff to temporary storage and then to move from storage/apartment to a new house. Both times they did a great job. Terry for the first move and Alec and Darin for the second move were all very helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with. I definitely would use them again.

Cross Town Movers Review Once again Cross Town Movers comes through and crushes it! Two years ago, we had another (unnamed in this review) moving company fall through at the last minute. We had our whole house to move and only one day to do it. They never showed up! So, I started to go through the phone book searching for any company that could help on a moment’s notice. One hour later, Cross Town and a crew of guys were at my house and got it done! It was amazing, and we were so grateful. So, yesterday we move two office buildings into one. Five guys, two trucks, and 2.5 hours later, they were done! Incredibly fast, incredibly efficient, and so professional! Josiah was terrific, and in fact led both crews across two years with grace. Mike Q, Jim, Sean and Kevin were top notch. Highly recommended!

We had Josiah, Sean, Darirl, David M and Craig perform the task, they were all so professional and quick I enjoyed the professional care they took with our Table. I would use them again and again.

Will and Dave were excellent at there job.

Not only was the staff helpful when I called to setup an appointment (Thanks Chris) but the movers were fantastic (Thanks Dave, Rashad, and Kevin). They did a great job, were fast, and very professional. If I need movers again for personal or business purposes, I will use them again.

It went great. The guys called me in advance, a couple days before and then about a half hour before they got here, to make sure that it would be a good time for me. The were very helpful and courteous, and I would definitely hire this company again!!

I recently moved and for the first time decided to hire movers, and I am so happy I did! Jared and David did an amazing job. They got to my house and immediately started working and worked quickly and carefully. These guys really knew what they were doing. They both were both very friendly and so helpful, even setting up my bed for me and putting my furniture carefully where I wanted it. All in all it took them about 2.5 hours to move me out of my one bedroom cottage into a new house across town. The next day when I couldn’t find some pegs for some bookshelves they immediately located them for me and they were in my mailbox by the time I got home from work. These guys were a great team and I had a wonderful experience working with Cross Town Movers. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone who’s moving!

I have probably moved 30 times or more in my life. Thanks to Jared and David last week, this transition was the easiest, fastest, and most efficient move I have ever had. They were both personable yet professional. Usually I feel like I need to watch over and make sure the movers are doing their job, not breaking stuff, etc. After about 10 minutes I knew this wouldn't be the case with these guys. They had a smile on their face the entire time, didn't stop for a second, and were very courteous. I will probably be moving again in the Spring and there is no doubt I will request them again. It went outstanding! Dave and Jarred were extremely professional and handled all of my items with extreme care. I have used Cross Town Movers before and they are by far the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Professional, polite and respect for our quality furniture. Easy to work with, good communicators. Everything arrived at out distanation 200 miles away without anything breaking, no flaws and no complications. Excellent packers, loaders and problem solvers. It was a rainy day and they kept everything dry and our house was keep tidy during their move.

Dave and Reshad were prompt, efficient and courteous. They did the entire job in two hours saving our group money and placing the boxes in the places we requested. They did an excellent job and we are grateful.

This is my third experience with Cross Town (Bekins) Movers of Eugene. It was Fantastic. Dave B and Craig S packed my stuff into the truck like pros. They were both skilled, efficient, pleasant and fun. Once all loaded, they took my belongings to the Cross Town Storage facility. I can't think of an outfit I'd trust more to take car of my "stuff" for a few months. John Paul was awesomely helpful at the facility. Cross Town Movers Medford Branch did a great job from the time I contacted them the sales men were very responsive and worked with us as our move date moved several times. The crew showed up on time as they said they would when they called before hand. The crew did a excellent job they protected my belongings as if they were theirs, very efficient, friendly and funny. Will recommend and use them again. Thanks Guys

The crew did a great job. There was one hiccup but overall they treated my items with care, worked quickly and professionally. Carey, Wyatt and Craig were particularly good and Ben and Joe did a good job but just need a little more focus. Ben did a great job getting all my items into one storage unit, saving me money in the future.
