On Electric

Mark at ON Electric is probably the very best tradesperson I've ever dealt with on home projects. We've asked him to tackle a few projects over the past several years, and he's not only highly competent, efficient and expedient, but also rather remarkable when it comes to troubleshooting difficult situations. There hasn't been an instance yet where he hasn't been able to solve a problem through innovative thinking and the expertise to back it up. All that, plus he's a very personable and sharp guy. Whenever we have something to deal with in terms of the electrical side of home repair, I don't even think to look elsewhere. And I'm not one of those people who's loyal to a fault. If something isn't done just right, I don't go back to that person/company. Mark and ON Electric get it right.

Mark came out faster than I would have thought. Kept me involved in every step of the process, showing me what was wrong, and how I could avoid issues in the future. Worked fast, and did a great job. Would highly recommend for anyone with electrical issues in their home.

Mark of ON Electric did a great job installing the interlock on our electric panel and installing an inlet where the generator is plugged in for use when the power goes out. He explained to us how the electric panel circuits work and which circuits we'd be able to use on generator power. He very carefully went through the instructions with us for switching to generator power and then back again when public power is restored. Prior to this work, Mark helped us locate the correct interlock for our electric panel (which the local company did not have in stock and so I had to order online). Mark was professional in his work, made quick work of the projects, and helped us understand the new setup. Installation of the outdoor light fixture was just as we wanted it.

Great! Mark was our technician and he was thorough and on time. He did great work. We also communicated with Vanessa who was awesome as well. Work was done well, price was fair, everything was communicated well. Happy, satisfied and will call again!

Mark is always so informative and instructional about the work he's doing. He is friendly and professional and efficient. Loved the outcome. Would use him again in the future, definitely.

Mark did a wonderful job. He had to disconnect the wiring for the dishwasher and once that was done he found that, whoever did the wiring originally had just stapled some to the flooring and other wiring was just hanging out so he put in a junction box so that it looks professional. He then ran a dedicated line from our Fuse Box to where the dishwasher is. He went down under the house and ran it over to the dishwasher area. The price was fair and the work was excellent. We will definitely use On Electric again when we need an Electrician.

It went very well. I was scheduled quickly. The work was perfect. Mark did an outstanding job to evaluate and wire a complex situation. I would definitely hire again

Mark arrived right on time. The job seemed straight forward until he checked which breaker was controlling the microwave. Some interesting wiring had been done for the microwave. It required cutting a hole in the dry wall in order to run the microwave wiring to another box connection. This was done very carefully and will be easy to patch. He also took the time to find out if our new range would be okay using the current wiring which was for 3 prong. We weren't charged for this time. Mark was very conscientious and a pleasure to have in our home.

Excellent! Mark was very good at tracing the wiring problem in an old basement circuit and repairing it quickly. He looked at a couple other issues to be repaired in ongoing remodeling work, and provided a reasonable estimate to upgrade the service to the circuit panel. Appreciated Mark's advice very much, and will definitely be using On Electric again as our remodel progresses.

Electrician was very personable and was able to quickly find the problem with the recessed light. Thankful we did not have to cut into the ceiling for the repair. The added benefit was that he took the time to teach me how to use my new voltage tester pen and how to properly place a new fluorescent bulb.

Very well. Mark figured out how to use the new motors in the old housings so we didn't have to repair sheet rock later. Both he and Vanessa were pleasures to work with.

Austin from ON was on time, and extremely professional! Highly recommend them to anyone. Had no issues at all and felt like he really knew his stuff.

Incredibly responsive, very competitive pricing. In the end, we decided against a car charging installation for a plug-in hybrid, but will do so when we purchase a full electric vehicle.

We think it went very well although I was not present when it was tested (my husband was). He told me that they were in a hurry to go soon after it was finished but they said they will send an invoice, at which time, we will send them a check.

The electrician called before he was scheduled to arrive at my house to ask questions about the work and get pictures of my panel and charger location. A appreciated this as it meant he would have the materials he needed to perform the job. He explained what he was going to do. Was patient with me (got stuck on a conference call) and the charger is working as expected. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them for EV Charger installation to others.

Mark and Antoine were very professional and knew what they were doing. Very happy with the job they did. These guys are great!!! Vanessa in the service department is great too, very kind and easy to talked to when setting up appointments or making suggestions. Definitely going to hire these guys again when I need to hang some new light fixtures.

Mark came out and arrived on schedule. He'd just cracked a rib and was clearly in a lot of pain, but he was professional, friendly, and talked me through everything he was doing to diagnose the issue. He was stumped a couple times but figured it all out within the service window I'd been quoted. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely work with him and On Electric again.

Exceptionally good service. Mark is very capable. Diagnosed the problems very well, and very efficiently effected repairs. Mark is highly professional and enjoyable to work with. I recommend very highly.

At first, there was a miscommunication on what needed to be done but Mark was on time and did a walkthrough with me and gave me tips on how to save on some time/money for when he got back to do the project. He did not charge me for the walkthrough and added bonus of disconnecting a fan switch. When he came back, he worked fast and the work looks super professional and he cleaned up the worksite. He also offered some tips for some future projects. Overall, a great experience and I could tell he’s super knowledgeable!

Professional, efficient, and accommodating, start to finish...from Vanessa's amazing customer service; scheduling to fit our needs, to Mark's determination and innovation that solved our less than optimum wiring needs for our new kitchen sink light installation without damaging any drywall...saving repair cost for us! A+++ all around.

The electrician who performed the work was very polite, he understood what needed to be done and was right on task. The completed work looks and performs wonderfully and he was very good about cleaning up the mess. He was also good about practicing social distancing and wore a mask when inside the house. A very nice southern gentleman.
