We can watch TV on the internet and order special things from Netflicks and Amazon. Not as handy but not as outrageous price wise. I think the service, as far responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism is quite good. The price is much, much too high. I hope to cut the "leash" as soon as other options become available. I know people who only have internet service and use their computers. I can get TV from the internet. This action is becoming more and more common.
Comcast is close to being a monopoly. When social security goes up less than 2% a year, Comcast would do well to follow suit. New customers always get the best deals.

kitchen featured on the cover of the Home section or design magazine. I needed
a contractor who could work within a limited budget to accomplish a number of
goals in an old house with some challenges in the design and original
structure: upgrade the kitchen to enjoy now and be in a better position to
possibly sell my home in the next 3-5; replace old, poor quality cabinets and
have new cabinets accessible... current cabinets were so high, I could easily
walk under the doors when open and barely reach the second shelves; increase
work and storage space and improve "work triangle" if possible.
Moir Construction?s initial bid was within the budget but did not show any breakdown of costs or
design visuals. That gave preference to the second contractor bidding the job.
The second contractor had first given a ?dream solution? which would have been
wonderful but almost twice the budget and yet seemed willing to work on other options
but then had difficulty scaling back so I went back to Moir and asked for a
breakdown and hopefully, some visuals. I received both promptly and was
impressed with concept, creative solutions, proposed quality, and cost.
Gare was incredibly conscientious and every morning sealed the kitchen from the rest of the house;
vacuumed, cleaned up, and un-sealed every day before leaving; and was mindful
and considerate of pets, fumes, and dust.
The cabinets, by Pat at Country Woodworking are outstanding with every single inch usable space.
They were installed beautifully with Gare showing great attention to details.
This old house with all its quirks, required a lot of workarounds.
One glitch was the first week. They tore out the original cabinets, gutted the kitchen,
disconnected all the appliances in about 4 hours on Monday and then on Tuesday
the electrician worked about 3 hours and no one came back the rest of the week.
There definitely was a lack of communication. As we proceeded, it was clear
there were some details that had not been discussed or defined in the design or
bid: windowsill treatment and material for example. A second order of tile was
necessary but thankfully was available. Details were resolved nicely but could
have been discussed in a more timely manner.
Friends and family are all amazed with the transformation from the old to the new and I am
delighted every time I walk into the kitchen and every minute I am there. It is
beautiful and functional.

She demonstrated what to do and then we practiced these techniques under her patient guidance. In addition, she suggested several dry runs to the groomer's salon using our newly learned strategies. On the next scheduled visit to the groomer's our dog was ready for his grooming with a much better attitude!
Whenever we need some training on how to work with our dog, we call Jennifer Biglan of Dog and Cat, LLC. She listens carefully, diagnoses the problem, and develops thoughtful steps to change our dog’s behavior and ours! At the end of each session, Jennifer summarizes in writing the targeted goal of the completed lesson and how to reinforce the new behavior. We can then refer back to these sheets at a later date in case we forget a point. The results of Jennifer’s guidance never disappoint us. She brings out the best in our dog and makes life harmonious for all of us.
A bonus is that Jennifer is well connected in the pet-caring community. She is able to make referrals to other local professionals for other dog needs that arise.

Amazing!! I really was so impressed from the moment I met them until the very end of a long moving day which included an 2 hour drive. They were professional, polite, and really well trained. They were helping each other and worked so well as a team. My first time having movers and I am so...
Jamison asked great questions and brought up elements I had not considered, when visiting to bid the job. He proposed a sensible fix to my garage flooding in heavy rain. His bid was similar to others but I selected Unique because I felt my concerns and goals were heard and respected. Glad...
It was deplorable. After 3 weeks and 5 calls as to the status of my trimmer, I was put off with promises to call me back that never happened, and nothing but employees (and the owner) finger pointing at each other for their poor service. It is my opinion that the customer should always come...
As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing going into this process. Mark Harvey was patient, informative, and incredibly responsive to any and all questions that I had. He really listened to what I wanted and needed and helped me to find the perfect home. He was willing...

If you decide an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop is best for you, you should consult a basketball hoop installer. They will have the necessary tools and experience to install these correctly and safely. If you were to try to install these yourself, there is a risk of injury or improper installation, which could lead to damage to the hoop or your yard.
The cost to install a basketball hoop can range from $200 to $5,000. This price heavily depends on the type of basketball hoop you choose, as some require equipment and some do not.
For example, you can most likely assemble a portable basketball hoop yourself, with a cost of $150 to $500. However, if you're looking for something more permanent, a roof-mounted hoop requires specialized tools and roof anchors, costing a total of $2,000 to $5,000.
The time to install your basketball hoop depends on the type of hoop you're installing.
For in-ground hoops, it's best to allow at least five days total for the entire process, which includes any utility marking, hole excavation, anchor placement, concrete pouring and setting, and final setup of the hoop itself.
The time to set up a mounted basketball hoop is significantly shorter, with most projects completed in just a few hours.
While there's not a lot of definite research, some experts suggest that an in-ground or wall-mounted basketball hoop can add value to your home by increasing curb appeal. In addition, having a basketball hoop is an attractive feature of a house since it promotes physical activity, especially for children.
There are many different types of basketball hoops available to choose from.
Portable hoops are fully moveable and generally do not require assistance with assembly.
Semi-portable in-ground hoops have an anchor cemented in the ground and a removable post.
In-ground hoops are fully built into the ground as one piece and cannot be relocated after placement.
Wall-mounted hoops do not have a post or pole and work well when space is limited.
