"They came out as scheduled and were able to complete the fence in about 3 days. It included setting posts in concrete and constructing the panels on site as well as two gates, one wider gate in line with outside gate for wheelbarrow entrance and the other narrower and on side close to sidewalk. They also installed wood boards under fence so critters including my dog are discouraged from digging under. Gates have nice latches including a wire loop on the inside to pull the latch open when exiting. I was very pleased with the result. They were respectful of the existing plants and raised bed rows taking care not to trample more than necessary."

He did not try to sell us a new septic system- huge relief for us. He worked on our repairs for 12 hours one day and came back on Saturday, his day off, to work another 12 hours, knowing we were headed out of town 2 days after that. He dug through concrete hard dirt, tree roots in another area, septic water that was leaking, and even fixed a broken drain pipe that he encountered while digging. I've read some reviews from people who were disgruntled about not getting a call back, however I did not have that problem, so if for some reason they miss your call or you don't hear back from them, don't write them off, just call again, it will be worth it! They are very busy because they're honest and one of the best companies out there. The front office was communicative and kind. This is one company I will rehire and refer time after time. I have dealt with other companies in this field recently and had a bad taste- one tried to sell me a new system over the phone before ever coming out and another just strung me on and on for 5 weeks and was just plain unreliable. A affordable septic is not like the others. Hire them, you won't be disappointed!"
