So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."

Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. Amadou, the owner, gave us a bid for roofing and siding work that was hard to accurately estimate because the extent of the water damage could not be seen until the siding was removed. Amadou was very upfront about revising the bid once the extent of the damage could be determined. We thought the initial estimate was very fair and the additional cost was also very reasonable. The side garage door replacement work was also reasonably priced and the work was great. John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs.
