1.7k+ It went well. He showed up when promised and was able to clear the drain. Front loading washer, heavy to maneuver to get to the drain pump filter. Wish the drain pump filter on our whirlpool washer was more accessible. Cost is in line with other repair businesses.
At Your Service Appliance RepairRental tenant called complaining of a very slow drain. Called plumber, and spoke to someone who I assume dispatches people out on jobs. Twenty minutes later the plumber was at the rental. 40 minutes later he was done, and the bathroom tub drain worked fine.

I called them and let them know it was leaking and they have not fixed it and now are trying to tell me that my septic lines are not working when when they told me they were. This company has no integrity. They do poor workmanship they are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to customer service I would not recommend this company to nobody!!!"

"Jan. 27, 2025 I paid Mario $85 to pull some weeds at my mobile home (that was basically edge work, because i have an outdoor 'looks like grass' carpet covering all area and no plants or vegetation at all, so it wasn't a massive job). He suggested I pay him $85 for 2 visits (so the 2nd visit would be free). Then he basically just 'weed wacked' the weeds instead of pulling them up by roots (as I said I needed done). I didn't see this until after he left, when I went out to pick up weed debri he had left on the ground....and instead I spent over an hr now pulling roots growing under the carpet edging left behind. After few months of rain, huge weeds now reappeared, forcing me to do again (easier to pull when wet) because couldn't reach him for 2nd 'prepaid' visit! Now today, tried again to call, recording says 'no voicemail setup', & all sites advertised on say CLOSED all days/hrs w/no contact info. This guy now GONE & I paid $85 for a 30 min. weed whack job!??? Scammer??"

He and Leon removed the roots of the few blackberry plants that decided to take up residence in my yard, Ricardo did from scratch my boxwood that’s had been growing, into perfect topiary pieces of art. I said I wanted a snowman, a basketball and a football. He did exactly what I wanted. The only casualty was a slice in my lightweight wire fence from the metal blade on the weed eater while doing my country fence line."
