"We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. It always concerns us when we hear of customers that did not get the experience that they, and we, expected. We looked into this issue and spoke with our on call Journeyman Plumber. While we always want to be the one that helps our customer, the most important part to us is that our customer gets the help that they need. Even if that help is not from us. In this case we understand that you did not like the pricing that was being quoted. While we can appreciate and value your opinion, we also value our employees and their home lives. In a case like this, if our Journeyman Plumber is called out after 7pm on a Saturday night, we want to ensure that our employee is properly compensated for his or her time. In this case you, our potential customer, did not agree with the pricing that was quoted to you prior to our arrival. This is why we do quote minimums for afterhours calls. This gives our customers the opportunity to decide if the requested service fits in to their budget. Our hope is that you understand a bit more about our afterhours pricing guidelines.
