Excellent. After 2 years, some paint was peeling on a soffit board, and they came out right away and repainted it under our 3 yr warranty.

Some touch ups required after the project was finished.  Gaviotas agreed and touched up the paint job promptly.  We really love the finished job!

After we managed to select a matching paint color we were off to a great experience.  Not only did they power wash the exterior as one would expect, they also power washed our large retractable awning making it look like new.  They appeared punctually and the workmen were a delight to be around - cheerful, friendly and most accommodating.   They painted the home corner to corner with undercoat to protect stucco (surprise to us) and then applied the color.  This made a neat appearance during the process.  The attention to detail was outstanding, and I thought I was picky.  Any flaws were repaired and the contrasting trim was applied perfectly.   Afterwards they insisted on returning pots etc. to their original place and left the property immaculate.  Great company

On time, friendly, perfectionistic and fast.  Prices seemed reasonable.  Great follow up, if there's a problem.

We hired this company after getting estimates from other companies. They were the most expensive but we used them because they claimed they knew how to deal with old houses. Five years later the paint job is chipping and bubbling. It looks terrible in the front of the house especially. Clearly they did not caulk or seal the boards correctly. When I called to have then come see, the owner was rude and unwilling to offer any compensation. She claimed it was past warranty. However a paint job should last longer than 5 years especially for this price.

The owner came out and gave us an estimate sometime last year but due to the rains we had to wait until this year.  Can't do anything about the weather so we  waited and as soon as the rains stopped they started the project and it went very well.  The workers were nice and did a professional job.  Our house has been transformed from a plain house to a lovely country cottage.

There were 4 french doors and 3 plain doors. The french doors were bare wood and they finished them with watco oil.
In once case they the stripped the old finish off so that they could refinish it like the others in natural wood. 

Excellent. They kept to the schedule promised, the estimate promised and they took great care to cover counter tops and floors.

I liked everything about them. They showed up on time, were clean and prompt and stayed on top of their quote. The lady on the phone was personable, and the owner was terrific. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Good. Their estimator is professional and the scope of work and work agreement is very clearly articulated in advance, there were no surprises.

They did a good job but the problem was communication and because they were busy I sometimes did not when they were coming to complete the work. They seemed to clean up after themselves. They sprayed most of the big areas but most was rolled on. They did the window and door frames. They took the internal doors to the shop to be sprayed. They were friendly. The estimate was right on as quoted. Some of the worked seemed more experienced than others. When they took off the interior doors they did not label the doors and when the contractor re-installed the doors the door handles did not match properly. Various employees did the work not all of the painters starting and completing the job. They did the estimate in May but the work did not start until October.
