excellent. This was the most professional plumber I have had the pleasure to hire. Very clean and thorough with the work and description of what is going on with my drainage system

They arrived on time, did the job in a professional way, and left. Cost was reasonable, and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I called on Saturday evening at around 9 PM, got someone who;s job it was to dispatch people out. He asked if he needed to send someone out tonight, and I said no, all I had was a leaking sink. He then suggested Sunday, I agreed. They arrived on time, and proceeded to get the problem diagnosed, and fixed... Leaking and rotted P-Trap. Rusty pipe. They had all parts on the truck, and the problem was fixed in about an hour.

This company was referred to us by another plumber. Called them and within 40 minutes they had arrived. Tyler (what a rock star) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was there under 1 1/2 hours and got everything fixed. Explained exactly what the problem was and made recommendations to us. What a great company. Will definitely used them again.

Great-showed up on time, polite and went right to work. Explained the problem and how we could maintain it in the future. Fixed all drains quickly-put stuff away.

Rental tenant called complaining of a very slow drain. Called plumber, and spoke to someone who I assume dispatches people out on jobs. Twenty minutes later the plumber was at the rental. 40 minutes later he was done, and the bathroom tub drain worked fine.

Called Drain Raider plumbing to report a burst pipe at around 7 AM in the morning, on New Years Day, at a rental we own. He said he would be there in an hour. He also instructed me in how to kill the house water.
I got ready, and arrived at the rental at 7:55, expecting to wait for the plumber. I arrived to find them already there! Less than one hour turn time. Small break, easy to repair. They were just finishing as I arrived... The pipe at the valve ruptured, so only a monor amount of sheetrock had to be removed. Entire even was less than two hours from report to finish-- on New Years Day! Plumber did not charge me a arm and a leg for a holiday call out! I have used these folks for about 5 years on both my home and a rental... Always a good experience.

EWEB determined I had a leak at the meter box (on and quot;myand quot; side of the meter). I called Drain Raider that afternoon and a plumber came the next morning. Rich was well versed in the problem, got right to work, and completed the job in approx. 1/2 hour. Had to wait about 1/2 hr for EWEB to come back and turn on and quot;theirand quot; side of the water. In the meantime, he offered to take a look at my kitchen sink as it had been slow in draining after a new disposal was installed. He felt it needed to be snaked and put in a call to his co-worker who deals with drains. Levi came later in the afternoon and snaked out the kitchen line all the way to the main line. Everything works! Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and completed their work in a timely manner. It has been 3 days since they were here and as far as I know, all is well. I would definitely use this company again.

They arrived on time, one person, looked over the situation, then reseated the toilet. While there I asked about a door for the shower, and they are currently dealing with ordering it and getting it installed... Cost about 100 bucks for the toilet reseat. Took about 1/2 hour, and he was gone...

Very well... They arrived on time, did the work, then left. The price was good... Most of the expense was in teh sidewalk replacement, which they subbed out.

. We called them because the plumber who was recommended was busy and referred us to them. They couldn't come for a day for a leak problem, then called several times because they were going to be late. The person who showed up (1-1/2 to 2 hrs late) apologized for being so dirty from a previous job (he WAS filthy!) He seemed unsure about the best way to reach the necessary pipes to fix the leak.....the tub being totally surrounded by tile with no entry. He had no idea what to do afterwards with the hole. He didn't put anything down under where he was working to get the tile off and got my light beige carpet (recently professionally cleaned) dirty with, I think grout powder, to where I had to clean it several times. It still isn't as clean as it was when he began. The faucet and handles are not where they originally were and my husband had to move them back. He left fingerprints all over the tile. Now we have to have a contractor come to fill in the gaping hole in my tile surround around the big tub. I don't think the plumber has been in the business for any length of time because he was not knowledgeable and didn't work very fast, in my opinion. He did fix the leak, but I wish I had checked Angies List and not asked a neighbor for a recommendation. Lesson learned!!

While I was having some work done under the house, the contractor thought I may have a leak in my main drain line. He said he would call his good friend Art from Drain Raider to come and look at it. I asked my contractor if he could take care of calling him and arranging the inspection and let me know what they find. An employee from Drain Raider came out and looked at the pipe and suggested I have it camera scoped. He said that cost would be $185 and if you decide to do the work then that fee is waived. He said the line replacement is approximately $540 including parts. I thought why not, I am probably going to spend the $540 I might as well have it scoped first. Art showed up to camera the line and was rude and disrepectful from the moment he stepped on the property. I only let him stay because my contractor told me not many plumbers will do the drain lines in the middle of the winter. Now I found out this is not true either. I finally told him not to talk to me anymore and just leave me the video of the drain line, the report of what he found was wrong, and the estimate to fix it. Art said the replacement line is $2,600.00. Whoa.... I would never have had the scope done except his employee said it was around $540 ( $480 + parts). Then Art left and I never heard from him again until March 9 th in the form of a bill for $298.50. Okay, so the bill is for $100.00 more than the original estimate and I never got any information on what he found from the camera scope- no video, no estimate for repairs, no invoice, no email, no phone calls, NOTHING. What am I being billed for ??

Even though Drain Raider may appear to be just a drain cleaning service, they can handle all phases of plumbing work, which I highly recommend them for. They are super prompt and efficient, and are cost effective compared with other plumbers in the Eugene area.
