They were very good. There price was in line with everybody else.

Both guys were prompt and kept us informed of when they thought they would arrive. The drain cleaner guy spent an hour locating and digging down to the septic tank. He cleaned the inlet to the tank so water would flow better. He didn't think it would be beneficial to clean the drain lines. He said he didn't want to have to charge us the extra fee since the drains weren't the real problem. The septic pump guy was able to come in and get his job done quickly because the tank was already exposed. I was very happy with their service. The only thing I would ask is that, next time, I would like for them to replace the soil over the septic tank.

They pumped out my septic tank, but they failed to rinse off and check the baffles in the tank before they closed it up. One was clogged up and it backed up the system, made a mess and lots of work for us diagnosing and fixing the problem.

There was a little confusion on exactly what would be done that day but they did pump and treat the septic tank. They were very prompt and friendly. Would definitely use their services again!

It went really good. The guy on the phone was very patient and answered all my questions. They made it out the same day I called them. The service guy was really great and thorough.

I discovered early Sunday that my sewer was backed-up into my basement utility sink, and waste water was on the floor.  I bailed out the sink with a bucket and stopped the overflow.  Being Sunday I thought Royal Flush would be closed, but I phoned anyway to maybe set up an appointment to have them come out and take a look at the problem.  I spoke to their answering service and the nice young women said she would take my message and let Royal Flush know.  That same day on Sunday evening around 6:30 I got a call from Royal Flush.  They said they could have a septic pumping truck out at my place the next day at 8:30 AM if that would be OK with me.  I said yes!   Their truck and two man crew showed up on time on Monday.  I was very relieved to see them.  I had uncovered the top of the septic tank being that it was buried under a couple of feet of dirt and my lawn on Sunday afternoon.  When Royal Flush got to my house the crew went right to work.  They pumped out the septic tank and cleaned out the blocked sewer line into the tank in about 1 hour.  The employees were courteous and informative.  The foreman answered all my questions about the work being done.  All they needed from me was water from a garden hose to help with their servicing my septic system.  I will call Royal Flush again and won't wait so long to have the septic tank pumped.  The tank hadn't been pumped since new, over 12 years ago.  I want to thank Royal Flush for the fast and friendly service!

I purchased a foreclosure in February and Royal Flush had been retained by the bank to install a new septic tank and drain field. When I purchased the home and spoke with Jeff Bowers and he said that he would still complete the job for the same price; except for the added cost of a temporary line to carry us through the rainy season (his approximation was May or June). When he installed the temporary line - I received a bill of almost $10,000! I inquired why when the line was only $1500 and he said we had to pay for the septic tank - I said that I hadn't asked him to purchase the tank and he said the bank had and essentially threw a fit yelling that we could forget the whole thing. I relented and paid the $10,000, expecting him to complete the job in May or June. Well May & June came and went and he could never give us a direct answer as to when he would finish the job - I told him to call me or my daughter's fiancee when he was going to start the job. Instead of calling, he sent trucks over to the house (when he finally got around to it in July) when no one was home and began work without clearing it with me first! He then demanded payment and sent over lien paperwork information when I refused to pay him until he completed the job - he threw another fit and was cursing and screaming at my daughter's fiancee - who never once raised his voice. He finally finished the job and got his money but this man and his business practices are despicable - he's a child who throws tantrums and behaves like a 2 year old when he feels that he isn't getting his way - and he uses bullying to try to persuade someone to do as he wishes. I will NEVER use or recommend this business and let the buyer beware.

That was fine. My experience with them was great. I’ve used them before and it was sufficient. Everything was done well. Their professionalism was excellent. I would tell others to hire them.

We found him personable and very helpful. He was informative and answered my questions regarding avoiding having the problem again. We had them back a second time to snake and video another portion of our plumbing when the problem happened there. In retrospect, we should have had him video the entire system the first time out.

My son recommended them. They were fast and clean. They did everything right.

• The work was excellent! The leak was quickly detected and repaired with minimal water loss. The repair was superior to the original connection in the water pipe. The technician explained every step, replanted grass around the area and the result was pristine!

Very quick, they came in with the punch list and kicked it out in two hours. Very good people.

It went extremely well, communicated all of the way, met all of the requested timelines, were very respectful of tenants in the house, left the yard in very good shape.

Called before service appointment to ask if they could come earlier as they had an opening -- nice for my schedule.  They arrived promptly after the call.  Quickly set up and pumped out the tanks.  Left area clean.  We discussed schedule for next pumping based on occupancy of our house and size of tanks.  Appreciated their service and concern--it had been a long time since I'd had the tanks pumped and they were very full.

The top of the septic tank was under a couple feet of soil. The contractor was able to determine just where the lid would be. But the lid was and quot;weldedand quot; to the tank after so many years underground. An employee came out with a jackhammer and was able to remove the cap. Then the tank was pumped out with no further problems. A new lid was installed and the site covered up. The Royal Flush crew was on time, efficient and professional. I do recommend,them.
