He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. So, it took a week for Zach to get the part, then he installed it immediately. Great service!"

"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. We just needed our broken shower pan replaced and we could not even get the project initiated after a whole month! They returned my deposit after I told them that they broke our contract by not being able to carry out anything they promised. I was worried I would have to take them to court to get my money back because of how scammy and difficult they have behaved. After getting my refund, I sought out a local, family-run company and had an excellent experience. Bottom line, AVOID THIS COMPANY! And shame on Angi for recommending this company!"

Either they do not know what their company can deliver or they are being intentionally misleading to get a sale!! They were difficult to communicate with and they did a lot of scammy behaviors.
