"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Very well. I first contacted this company to address a roof leak on my personal residence several years ago. Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. This crew is honest and does superior work."

"We had four area companies evaluate and quote the replacement of a gas floor furnace for our mill house. We have been very happy with the performance and lack of blower noise for the furnace, but it is difficult to find a company that still handles them. We got everything from "the city is going to condemn your house unless you do this or that, and you'll need to find another additional contractor to handle some of the work" to "we can't do the job without a large outlay to meet city codes". We were fortunate to contact Dave at AccuAir and he was both familiar with the furnace and was way ahead of the game on how to install the unit to pass the building codes. "It went smoothly. They always kept in touch with email's & phone calls. They called 1/2 hour before scheduled time to say they were on their way. The laid down mats to protect my floors. The cleaned out the insert and vacuumed all around so not to spill any debris into the room. They were worth every penny. They said the stove was about 600 lbs. They carefully explained about the EPA needed proof that the stove was removed & destroyed which I had no idea it was needed."

"I purchased a dishwasher and an above-range microwave from Costco, both within a few months of each other. (Rats chewed up my former dishwasher's wiring and ruined the whole unit.) On both of these installations, my experience with A-1 was nothing but very positive. These guys really know their way around kitchen appliances! They had some issues with removing the old microwave, but Cole figured out a workaround and managed to get the thing out. Our only real issue has been with Costco, because the store doesn't bother checking with A-1 before setting a delivery date. Then A-1 has to change the date because they're backed up. That glitch is all on Costco, not A-1. We've had many contractors and installers in our home, but A-1 is the best! You can count on them to work quickly, efficiently, and carefully.
