"I needed two layers of old shingles removed, a new layer of plywood installed over the old shiplap roof boards (they were in poor condition), and a new asphalt shingle roof installed. The job was not only completed on time, but it was done during rainy weather on Dec. 23rd & 24th. Oren's crew (Oscar & company) were fast, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof. Thanks, guys."

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.

The rule tells you how to cut tile to install it in a corner. The 3/4/5 rule recommends that you should have 3 feet across on one straight line, four feet on the other perpendicular line, and 5 feet of length from the end of one of the lines to the other. The lifespan of tile flooring can vary significantly based on the material and maintenance. Generally, tile flooring can last anywhere from 10 to 30 years, but high-quality, well-maintained ceramic tile can last 75 to 100 years. To achieve a longer lifespan, you should clean the tiles and grout regularly, reseal the grout annually, keep the floor dry, and avoid placing extremely heavy items on it to prevent cracking. Choosing a high-quality tile (Grade 1) will also contribute to its longevity.
