"Wanted a concrete pad but Derek noted major drainage problems. He removed grass and dirt and graded and installed new sod plus the pad. I am very pleased with the work as is the neighborhood!"

"Pacific Floors guys installed our new hardwood floor and kitchen tile. The work performed by Pacific Floors was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at installing new floors or tile. "I needed two layers of old shingles removed, a new layer of plywood installed over the old shiplap roof boards (they were in poor condition), and a new asphalt shingle roof installed. The job was not only completed on time, but it was done during rainy weather on Dec. 23rd & 24th. Oren's crew (Oscar & company) were fast, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof. Thanks, guys."

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.

Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

Impact, water infiltration, or shifting subfloors often cause damage. Regular inspections help prevent significant issues.

You have creative freedom when it comes to your tile trim. If, however, you are considering skipping tile trim, please think twice about that. It is good practice to install tile trim, whether on walls or flooring. Think, too, about the aesthetic you are going for and choose a trim type and color that will help enhance the space.

Installing kitchen countertop tiles on a mold and moisture-resistant cement backer board is one of the best options. When fitted correctly on top of a plywood base, it’s stable and long-lasting. Old-fashioned cement board is economical, cuts neatly and easily with a circular or jigsaw, and screws into plywood without any difficulty.

Solvents dissolve tile adhesive, but the right solvent for the job depends on what type of adhesive you are trying to remove. For instance, dispersion adhesive requires stronger removers, like bile soap or even paint stripper, but some adhesives, like cement-based products, can come off with water and soap or mortar remover.

You can purchase natural stone tiles from your local home improvement store or stone distributor.

Simply put, natural stone flooring is a high-end style that outlasts its wood and carpet counterparts. After finding a style you love, a stone flooring company near you can help source and install them for a reliably clean look.
