"The account executive was wonderful.  She was very knowledgeable about the products and had been in the industry for a long time.  She took the order and they charged me for half.  I called them when the order did not appear within the specified time.  John checked with Hunter Douglas and found out they had not started cutting for the project, but could have it done within the next week.  Given that I had decided to sell the house and didn't want to spend that much on a window covering, they graciously cancelled the order and promptly returned my deposit.  
Customer service, as provided by Premier Window covering, is hard to find these days.  Rarely do you find a business willing to cancel a late custom order without any hassle.  Without hesitation, I would use this company for any of my window covering needs in the future.  They are beyond professional.

"We had several small drywall cracks that needed repair, and our pull-down attic ladder had a bad hinge.  Walt and Tammy were prompt and responsive to these issues, and they also took care of a couple of additional drywall repairs without changing the estimate.  The attic ladder was an unusual repair, as it involved modifying a poorly assembled lower segment, but Walt was able to correct this without issue.  In addition, Tammy noticed some cracked caulking in our bathroom by the tub, which she also repaired for no additional charge.
Overall, we are satisfied with the work done, and we will definitely use the service again for handyman needs."

We had a nice surprise during our consult with him when he explained that since our deal was actually based on square footage we could paint a hallway as well as the three rooms we had decided on. The two painters who did the actual painting were polite and easy to work with. Due to some drywall repair and a dark room that required more coats than expected, the job ran long and the painters needed to return to finish the work. Even though there was language buried in the small print of the Angie's List offer that would have absolved them of having to come back and do another coat, he recognized that the language was misleading and understood that finishing the job and having a satisfied customer was more important than the money lost by coming back and doing the extra work. We really appreciated that flexibility and reasonableness. He also offered the use of his company account discount at our paint store which saved us quite a bit of money when purchasing the paint for the job. We would use their services again."
