The finished chimney looks great but I would not hire this company again because of their lack of professionalism. They would not take responsibility for scratching my gutters even though I have pictures showing where they loaded their blocks onto the roof in the exact spot where the gutters are damaged.

"I was going to go into a whole long lengthy text but the fact of the matter is is that [Member Name Removed] was not easy to deal with from the start. He was looking for discounts even though we agreed to a price. My word is my bond, when we agree to a repair number I stick to that repair number. I don’t raise the agreed price after the fact. I did give him a discount still and then he was still looking for issues? The scratches on the gutter were from the nosey neighbor that redid his roof a year or so back. Sliding the bundles of roofing onto the roof. We are talking paint worn off of the gutters above the roof line. If we would’ve been sliding blocks on the gutter there would be dents and scratches, not just worn paint. I talked to my guys and they insisted that they went hand to hand on the handling and staging of the block. I don’t like feeling taken advantage of and I’m not afraid to express that. Check our reviews. We are very fair and honest with our customers. That’s why they keep coming back."

Went great. Originally scheduled for a later date and due to a cancellation I was able to get things done a week ahead of time. Specialist was on time, friendly, efficient and clean. Provided great advice will definitely refer people to them and use them again when services are needed.

Crew arrived on time, assessed problem, laid out tarps. Got to work , saved me $$ by leaving old damper and installing new one above it . Brought my fireplace up to code, cleaned up and finished in a timely manner. Honest people ,and courteous to your home . Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest, hard working crew .

Great communication from first call to service day. James was 100% pro: kind, considerate, knowledgable. Dropped price a bit because flue wasn't too dirty. Most of work done inside in living room, and left zero trace of ash, etc. Maybe cheaper service is out there, but it's relief to find a company to trust. Will happily call them in future.

Found that the upper portion of chimney above roof line needs to be replaced. James contacted a mason and got a bid for me, I’m currently waiting for a call back to book appointment to schedule rebuild.
